Appalling customer service. It has been a month of back and forth where they've claimed to have not properly registered my order, claiming the price has increased and questioning if I still want to receive my order. At no point have I received a tracking number and I'm beginning to suspect they never had the item I ordered in the first place.

As I had ordered a limited edition Lego set and this has taken so much time, it is no longer available anywhere for purchase. Regardless, this was meant to be a birthday gift and the date has long since passed.

I advise anyone looking to purchase to think twice. If it takes longer than a week to receive tracking - assume your order won't arrive. Don't order anything time sensitive. If you're still interested in purchasing from this company, use PayPal or similar so that you can cancel the transaction when they don't deliver.

good all round service and speedy delivery

I am very pleased to have such a positive experience with Toyz World. Everything went smoothly despite the fact that the shipping was meant for EU abroad and not the UK. I received the parcel in just 2 days. Also, as I put my friend´s address as the recipient, the Toyz World customer service contacted me personally stating how the parcel has been delivered, but the recipient isn´t sure that this was meant for him. All in all, a very positive experience and I am sure we will use Toyz World in the future.

First class service and product.
We bought a bouncy castle which we had delivered to France and there was even a French plug adapter put inside the packaging.
Will be buying from them again.

I brought the storm car bed off the website and was very pleased with the service. I chose a day for it to be delivered (two days after purchase) and it was ready and delivered to me on time (around mid day) which meant that I wasn't waiting in all day for this parcel. It was easy to set up and put together and my son loved it. I didn't know it included a 3.5mm jack which was really cool as me and my son played some nursery rhymes through it. Only couple of problems I had like a string of the plastic that has been scraped from the bed, attached to the bed, dangling but i managed to pull it off and you wouldn't notice that that was even there beforehand, I ordered a personalised number plate which wasn't delivered with the bed. It came through the post a couple of days later which was fine with me, I would of just of liked to of known it was coming separately, and also the size of the mattress. Its a big toddlers bed. I didn't realised this until I brought a fitted toddlers sheet and it didn't fit the mattress. Overall I am satisfied with this service and this product and would definitely recommend the website to a friend or family member and purchase from them again.

Spoiled my 3 year old sons Christmas, I bought a Bentley electric car, opened the box Christmas Eve to get it ready for my sons Christmas, firstly it doesn't come with any instructions, secondly we then seen there was marks all over the car, silver flaking off the plastic silver parts but that was not the worst thing. As it would of soiled my bits Christmas as that's he went on about was wanting a car, so we thought just give it to him as we didn't want to spoil his Christmas. So he opened it and was so excited, he took it out for a drive and when the battery got low we brought it in to charge and this is where it got serious and dangerous as we put it in charge and went into the kitchen to cook dinner. We could smell a electrical burning smell and went into the room where it was charging for the smell to be coming from the car, this could of possibly caused a fire. So I turn it off and see if the cars ok and now it's broke and won't even work.

This car was probably the worst quality I have ever seen a toy built, I advise you to not even consider buying anything from these guys as it's a danger to your child and your home.

We purchased the Storm racing car bed, delivery was early the next morning so very fast. The after sales care was brilliant could not find any fault at all. I will definitely be ordering form Toyzworld again 👍🏼

I have to say, I came across this company via the internet after searching for children's "car" shaped beds for my two year old car mad boy and after placing an order, had reason to use their online chat service. I wasn't surprised but I was amazed by a relatively small company responding to my needs immediately and going beyond my expectations of customer service to deliver something to me the next day even though I had missed the time to order...I will CERTAINLY be using them again.

Very impressed with the way the company handled my order I ordered after closing time on 22nd Dec and my scooters were here Christmas eve morning. The man I spoke to was very friendly and helpful will defo recommend

I would highly recommend Toyz World to anyone! My Scooters were ordered on the Wednesday & delivered on the Thursday! The lady on the phone was extremely helpful & accommodating! She even gave me an idea of delivery time so I was sure to be home to accept it! I'll certainly be returning!!

I looked around and was afraid i'd left it too late, there was going to be a sad little girl and then Toyz World came to the rescue, delivered faster than Scotty could beam Capt Kirk up.

We bought a Kid electric car online and it's delivered with scratches on the car during the transit. We were quite upset, but they did make prompt communications and sensible compensation to comfort us. It's really good customer service.

I purchased a car bed for my son from toyzworld had a few problems with my mattress cover, I emailed them got a call from a lady called Amanda Greenfield practically straight away she sorted the problem for me and updated me daily on the progress of sending out my replacement, so so happy with the service I received from her, and I will 100% be using toyzworld again in the future because of this. Very satisfied and happy customer

My son wanted a new scooter so he could go out with his friends as his old one was really slow but didn't want to wait for delivery, Toyz World have a fantastic speedy service and now my son fits in with all his friends. I'd highly recommend them and their prices a good value too.
