The charger isn’t working, so the vibration not functioning

Super quick smooth and fast. Only issue is they don’t deliver Maximum Impact (unsure why) and their lube is a bit overpriced but when in a pickle and don’t want to go anywhere it’s a great easy way to get things you need for the bedroom

I never recieved the item… until now I dont even get an answer.. no email no message no nothing. Im trying to dispute the charge.

Make my order 30 of December pay overnight and get my package 3 days later. That is not overnight.

The store themselves did phenomenal, but the delivery driver took almost 2 hours and made a large number of other stop in between reaching me and then apologized saying new ones kept popping up , and then the toy doesn't work as described , I would never pay that kind of money again ,.

I placed an order on October 9th and I still haven’t received my package let alone my tracking number just a confirmation email saying thank you for your order and I got a order number I’ve emailed and emailed and I still haven’t got a phone call or email about my package yet!

I was helped by a super knowledgeable polite person that goes by the name of Xen, this was my very first time buying a harness, she knew so much, she pointed me to a sturdy yet reasonably priced one and it works so well. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another toy store again this is my new regular.
