Customer Experience: Excellent
I used a express payment (Gpay) and it auto-filled my dispatch address same as my billing address. When I contacted them to change my shipping address, they replied back within 5 min to confirm my change of address.

Delivery: Good (Not ToysForest's fault)
Standard charge for delivery, no free delivery (check price on website). The order was dispatched the next day and I should have received it with the next 2 days. (Due to my flat being "un accessible" to Royal mail, I had it redelivered to a nearby post office, hence the 3 more day delay).

Packaging: Standard
It came in a Bandai card board box (never seen that before, maybe they used one of the box they originally shipped some DBZ figures in). 4 figure in total was placed inside, no additional protection, just the original box. The outer cardboard box had a tear in it, but the figure box was not damaged.

Products: Excellent
Was sceptical before ordering but they were Genuine Products, great quality. The figures all came in original packaging with excellent protecting inside. Bonus points for adding some Banpresto Qposket Carry bags, looks wonderful.

Conclusion: Amazing place to order Genuine Figures for a bargain price. A large collection of figures but be quick as they sell out fast. I ordered 10 more figures, looking forward to receiving them.

Great price for a Gundam compared to other retailers with prompt delivery and Royal mail tracking. The parcel was packaged really well with paper and bubble wrap to protect the box. Communication was excellent throughout transaction.

Feast reliable ordering and checkout. Reasonably competitively priced anime figurines and modeling kits gundam etc can't comment on delivery as I have not recieved my order yet but from time of ordering to order despatched was less than 10hrs

Fast easy ordering reasonably priced shipping rate 5th l /but it's a bit high if you only need to purchase small or one item. But if you are buying bulky goods the shipping rate is good can't comment on delivery yet as not received my order yet but from time of purchase to shipping it's out was within 12hours of placing my order

First time purchasing from Toys Forest; overall, very satisfied with the items I received, which were out of stock or more expensive elsewhere. Genuine merchandise, parcel could have been packaged better because a few boxes were slightly damaged, but not a big deal for me. Competitive prices, will likely shop here again, as they seem to have a good variety.
