I ordered a service kit and they sent the wrong oil filter. Because the mechanic had already started the service, I had to buy the correct oil filter from a local shop. When I tried to return the incorrect product (which was their mistake), they refused to accept it unless I returned the entire service kit.
It’s only under £10, but the situation was very disappointing and shows poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’ll make sure my friends are aware of this experience as well.

I’m really disappointed with Toyotadirectparts. After ordering over a month ago, I still haven’t received anything. There’s no phone number, no email, and no proper customer service. Because there’s absolutely no way to contact them and nothing has arrived, I’m starting to believe this may not be a genuine company.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Have ordered from this company but no delivery date given or way of contacting them by phone. Be careful they use the Toyota name and logo as if they are Toyota’s official online auto parts shop. They are not this a side line run by a Toyota dealer in Milton Keynes, the parts may be genuine but it’s not Toyota’s Official auto part online shop or anything. So far customer service and communication has been poor and not something you’d get if this was a genuine service provided by the actual Toyota company.
Slow. Awful packaging. Expensive delivery
Expensive part but the only place I could get it. Drastically overpriced delivery just to send by DHL, the cheapest and worst delivery service. Just to also wrap the part in a bit of paper and throw it in a bag that tore open in transit leaving the part open to be bashed up and scuffed. Extremely disappointed.
Right product, good price.
I found they had the official Toyota touch-up paint kit for my car, and on offer.
The kit was delivered in the delivery window I was expecting; they use DHL, which always gives a 2-hour delivery window.
I would use them again if the need arose.

I ordered an incompatible air filter from Toyota Direct Parts online end of July, 2025. I found it is incompatible because there was a misunderstanding between us. I had paid the product and shipment charges when I ordered. I returned it to them at my own cost, too. However, this awful seller just partially refunded the product price, but they insisted on not refunding the shipment charge back to me. Now, they don't even reply to my email.

I bought floor mat and trunk mat for GR86, good experience with the purchase, after submitted my order on the website, I got their email at the next early morning and noticed the item was backordered and given estimated delivery date, and the item arrived earlier then expected. The nice part is there is large hand written reminds delivery not to fold the package.

Computer says 'no'
I purchased a footwell lighting kit for my 2021 Toyota Hilux. Upon checking out I provided the registration number of my vehicle. After a week, nothing. I called up and spoke to 'Blake' who confirmed to me that their system didn't recognise my registration. I told Blake that the gov.uk website recognises it, as do countless other vehicle tax / MOT checking websites freely searchable on Google. I also told Blake that they should ensure as a business the internal systems they use are up to date & fit for purpose, which clearly is not the case. I was told that they were refusing to ship my parcel until I provide my VIN number! I'm guessing that if I do I will be deemed worthy enough!
