I have been a customer with Tower Loan for over ten years. As always Tower Loan treats me with the upmost dignity and respect. They will try to get you the loan you need. Just give them a try, you will see what I'm talking about. Erica has the best attitude too. Always greet me with a smile and eye contact.

Tower loans saved me!

More communication in the office!
More communication in the office! I have 2 accounts, however, I pay them TOGETHER and EVERY month, they call me 6-7 times or more to tell me that my Payne is late.... and... it's NEVER the same person! I was told that the Supervisor doesn't speak to customers and the Manager is NEVER in the office!! Soooo, who's gonna get my account straight?!? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The workers are very nice and professional, but ones IN CHARGE, a different story!
