The people in the office was very helpful

It was handled in a timely matter, and the staff were very courteous.

On February 10, 2026, l went to Tower Loan in Natchez Ms I can’t remember the tall black male name, but he was very courtesy and nice. He is an excellent person to handle your needs when walking into the store with an exciting smile. With this experience, l would recommend people to try Tower Loan for a loan.

The manager and her associates were very helpful and polite.

I cashed one of the checks that came in the mail. Someone from my local Tower loan office call with in 2 days to verify that I actually cashed the check. When they call me I was driving and I had a car load of people and my phone was hooked up to my car . I told her that yes I did cash the check and if it wasn't a problem I could call back when I get home and she was like I need some references I need to update your file and I said ma'am I'll call you back when I get home but I did cash the check and she was like I bet you Will and hung up in my face. So I called back three times in the same lady got an attitude and hung up in my face so the fourth time I called back and I different lady answered the phone and I explained to her everything that just happened she wouldn't give me the manager but she said she knew me and knew I always paid off my loan sometimes even early but I guess she just didn't want to get the lady in trouble. So the very next day I called back and spoke with the manager and I told the manager the problem. No one told the manager that I called her the day before. the manager looked at my file and said you have a excellent payment history and matter of fact you always pay your loans off early. she said she will take care of the problem cuz that's no way to treat a customer. So I will be returning my loan within 30 days. Because if I'm getting harassed and treated horribly and I never even miss the payment yet two days after I even cash the check. I don't think I want to deal with this service anymore. I have cashed over probably six checks an honest to God I've never been treated that way. I was only telling the lady I couldn't update my references and stuff at the moment because for one I had a car load of people I don't like everybody in my business and for two I was driving I don't know nobody numbers by heart I would have to pull over on the interstate go to my call log and give her references phone numbers. That was dangerous and impossible for me to do. All I said was ma'am can I call back and I'll update them then and that lady just got mad. She treated me like I was someone who was behind on payments and making excuses or something.

Everyone was very considerate about helping my son and I and I really appreciated it and I have been telling others about you guys and Thank you so very much

They employees and manger are not honest to the customer.
