Tower Loan has always helped me when I need them. Thanks to Manager and Haley and other workers.

Service was expedient and everyone went out of their way to take care of me. The rep made sure that I got what I needed and with how my financial schedule is.

I called the Laurel Mississippi store and spoke with Teddy because i was making a payment in the area where i work. I asked what my payment was,mind you i know ive been late and filed against but never went to court because i paid. Im just due for February i was told $490 including court cost. I wasnt told about another court cost he stated it was just added. He then stated to me when youve been filed on before you just cant pay when you want to. There are some very bad attitudes in the Laurel Mississippi store. I should have been told this when i made my payment in January. If it was a new person she should have been trained better.

Great people to do business with

I called the company back on today since I was told by an agent to do a deferral application so my loan would not be in delinquent status. My name is second on the account and the manager stated no deferrals can be done and when I asked why would the previous agent give me incorrect information. He proceeded to be rude and didn’t answer my question. I wasn’t rude at all but he was very much rude to me and told me what the agent said didn’t matter etc. I would love to cal corporate as well. Next time I’ll deal with the meridian location since laurel doesn’t care how they talk to people. This isn’t the 1st incident. A women did the same the the account holder. Why are rude people who show no empathy allowed to work in customer service!?
