Attentive and friendly
My wife and I have been using Tower loan for quite awhile. We have always had great service. They work with us to get a reasonable amount and don't push to get us the max if we didn't need it. The process was quick. We had our check within a very small timeframe. They even stayed after hrs to assist us.

You’re walking to the door and then immediately welcome you in and then the place is completely clean and very good smelling stuff going on and then where you sit down to talk to your person then that is even pretty well taken care of as well. It is really a clean very clean place And Shelby is amazing and she is the best person to be running the place because she knows what she’s doing and she’s very polite and she’s just her job
