They mailed a real check to my home when I did not even apply for any loans. My drug addicted son stole the check forged it and stole it. I am not putting my son in jail. I never made this loan, but I have never said I would not pay it. My son stole it for drugs and I used the money to put him in rehab. But no about or payments were arranged with me. And sending me a check was really crazy because my credit score has been under 500 since 2000, when my youngest son was born with $1 million dollars of medical bills. I have tried to get Tower Loans to work with me on paying it back. And not only would they not make any arrangments, they have now filed a lawsuit and demand on garnishing my wages. They told the lawyer to not speak with me, Nor will they. I am dying from COPD, can't wait to see the judge's face when he finds all this information out in two weeks. I am going to try one more time to make payment arrangements. But these people just mail real checks to random people. BEWARE!!!! They are harassing. Misrepresent everything. Ask for a reference and then use that number to harass them when I don't answer my phone. Excuse me Tower Loans, that would be called an alternative or emergency contact. Not a reference. And who puts their own kids down as references. Obviously my own son in case someone called. And through all this, I have never once said I would not pay this loan back to them. It just was not done with my permission or on my budgeting and bills. And Tower Loans does not care one bit. Especially, the female co-owner. She knows I am dying of COPD and she wants to take the only thing I own, a 2004 chevy malibu max that is completely falling apart and sideswiped. But she wants that car to get maybe $20. The car is on it's last leg. And when she takes that car, I will just go on disability and she will never get paid. I thought she was a smart woman and would realize at this point in time that automatic draft payments from my account would solve the entire problem. But they want the entire amount my son stole, right now. I don't have it. Can't get it with my credit score. She would rather see me die homeless because I will have nowhere to plug in my oxygen machines, nebulizers and other items I have to use to maintain trying to live and may only be around maybe a year without proper treatment. I want to see my grandchildren for grow up for a few more years. This loan company does not care about you. I truly believe one of the employees there is wishing death upon me and is speeding it up for her own satisfaction. They gave me a nervous breakdown last year. Ashley is a beast and a liar and she is not the person I spoke about above. This is just a warning that Ashley (one of the workers) lies through her teeth with every breath in her. Watch your mail from them. Those are real checks in those envelopes.

The guy and manager was very informative and helpful at a very sad time in my life and I truly appreciate there hard work and time

Ms. Ann is the best! I was having trouble applying for a loan online, but when I walked in she made the whole process very easy. She was friendly, helpful, and had me in and out quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Staff are rude and deceptive. They sell unnecessary products that only raise the cost of credit, and when customers realize this, they refuse to remove those charges. For that reason, I rejected the loan request and do not plan to apply for another in the future.
