Staff is very helpful and thoughtful of your needs when asking for a loan and they walk you threw the process till you find a loan that fits you and your budget, they are A+ in my book

I went in to get a loan on a Friday and…
I went in to get a loan on a Friday and the person helping me skipped over the interest part of the loan documents on a tablet. I read over them when I got home and went to return the check the following Monday. The manager said he didn’t know how to do a cancellation and took my check and walked out the door. He didn’t give me any answers and he didn’t seem happy that I returned the check. I don’t appreciate being treated that way and I will never come to Tower Loan again. Guess I’m not some idiot you can scam out of 1,000’s of Dollars so I don’t deserve respect or answers.
