Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible, they're unprofessional, and constantly harassing phone calls for nonsense,there's one good rep a young guy (Mat) always courteous and friendly the rest of the staff straight trash, no people/customer service skills and rude. Just had a ph call them the other day the lady couldn't pronounce my name correctly provided it's easy, and you could hear her eating while on the phone with me. That's absurd!

Excellent Employee
Britnany came in early to meet with me. She was very friendly, good sense of humor, efficient in her processing of loan papers & answered all my questions.
