DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
I bought tickets in February for a tour of the Colosseum but never received a ticket. I emailed twice and they said they would be emailed the day before. I emailed again the day before and on the day, they emailed back to say that I hadn’t confirmed my booking and that it had been cancelled!!
Paying for the tickets WAS my confirmation. I still haven’t received the refund they promised. Pure SCAMMERS!

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.

I booked and paid for tickets to the Louvre in advance and received a confirmed reservation. Then, just ONE DAY before our scheduled visit, the company cancelled our tickets because of “overbooking issues.”

Cancelling confirmed tickets at the last minute left us with virtually no possibility of finding replacement tickets and completely disrupted our plans.

What makes the situation even worse is that the company simply informed us that we would receive a refund within 3–4 working days, as if returning the money for a service they failed to provide was an adequate solution.

Overbooking is the company’s responsibility, not the customer’s. Selling more tickets than you can provide and then cancelling confirmed reservations at the last minute is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and travel plans.

I would strongly advise other travellers not to rely on this company for important attractions or activities. A confirmed booking clearly does not guarantee that they will actually provide the service you paid for.

I am still waiting for the company to offer a meaningful solution beyond simply refunding my money.

We booked a guided tour of Sagrada Familia ~ one week before our visit to Barcelona. Official tickets were sold out already, but they offered tickets for ~2x the price still available. First thought, 'scalpers', but OK, we really wanted to visit and it's on us for being late.

The day before the visit we received via WhatsApp a message from 'Shahiduzzaman Apon' (goes by 'Joe') that the tour was unavailable due to "high demand", but also via email that "the tour guide was ill and had to cancel". Unclear about the cause though, an alternative date was proposed - in the morning 2 days later. We agreed, and it was confirmed.

The day before the alternative agreed date, 'Joe' apped us they could not send us the tickets yet due to "technical issues" but we would receive them next morning. It was also not possible to indicate a time. The next day we woke up early, still no email, so we went to Sagrada Familia and wait to not miss it. Finally around ~9 they confirmed our fear: the tour was cancelled due to a "technical issue". After stating how unhappy we were with this and their communication, they did not bother to further reply to us. If they honestly told us the night before, we could have stood in line early for the free entrance option, but they rather kept us on the hook until it was too late.

We did receive our money back within a few days, so at least they handled that well, but we did not get to see the main highlight of our trip.

We believe what they do is provide the 'service' of scouting for late cancellations on the official site, and reselling those for twice the price already in advance. If they don't manage to find your tickets, they cancel your tour with a made-up reason. I would not trust these people again.

Booked - and paid extra - for an audio tour at Musée de l’orangerie Paris thru these guys, was able to access the museum but was not allowed to use the audio equipment supplied by the museum as I ‘had not booked an official ticket thru the museum’.
This is the 2nd review I have written, the response to the 1st was that someone from customer services would contact me with a partial refund offer - to date no one has.

I don’t know if this company is legit. We booked a tour through Viator and accidentally selected the wrong date. I realised straight away and tried to contact Viator who couldn’t do anything. They gave me the details of this company which I tried to contact through multiple channels to no avail. Email address comes up as invalid when trying to send also. We’re no longer in Amsterdam so moving the date is no longer an option. So now we’re over €100 down and weren’t even able to get help from an actual person (or even a chat bot). Do they exist? I think probably not!

Really competent. This company assisted me in getting a last-minute ticket. Employees take great care. Regards

I was nervous when I first booked my last-minute ticket reservation with this company. In the end, everything worked out well. Strongly advised.

These guys don't know ANYTHING about travel. They ask mundane questions on Quora about the simplest things -- things any moron could easily Google, like How Much Are Tickets to the Catacombs in Paris? and Can You Sleep in the Catacombs?
They just troll the Internet for basic information. They have NO legitimacy whatsoever.
