Talletin 100€ ja en voinut luoda käyttäjää koska olen estänyt heidän sisarkasinon. 100€ luvattiin palauttaa pankkitililleni mutta yli 2viikon jälkeen rahoja ei vieläkään näy. Ovat myös lopettaneet gmailiin vastaamisen.

Älkää missään nimessä laittako rahojanne Tournaverse casinoon tai mihinkään sisar kasinoonkaan esmi casino Siegeriin. Voitin maaliskuun lopussa welcome bonuksen kautta 4000€. Nyt he ovat maksaneet puolet voitoista eivätkä enää vastaa sähköpostiin. Kaikkia selityksiä on tullut mutta rahoja ei. Täysi kusetus.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this casino. I’ve made 3 withdrawals from them and the earliest I received my withdrawal was a month and a half. The last one I made. I had to file a complaint with the MGA before I received it…..3 months later! They refused to pay me out winnings from tournaments I participated in. The first reason they gave me for not paying was my deposit to win ratio. Basically, my total winnings surpassed my total deposits. Ok??? So I was getting penalized for being lucky??? Cause that seems legit. Then often I had wan a few more tournaments they told me that I wasn’t receiving my winnings because they decided I was “abusing bonuses and promotions” I then asked them how that was possible, when I NEVER accept bonuses/promotions. I ALWAYS deposit my money and play with just that. They then lamely attempted to tell me my “abuse of bonus/promotions” was from me entering their tournaments. Really?!? You mean the tournaments that are literally your main focus on your site?? Where you encourage players to utilize and state more than once because “the more you play in tournaments the higher levels you’ll reach and receive better prizes”
I thought there was no way in hell I was the only one that was having issues, and now I know that for a fact after coming on here!!

DO NOT ever deposit money in this casino or any of the casinos provided by Condor Malta Ltd. They are not going to pay you or don't even bother to answer your messages. Hopefully MGA takes actions against this site and withdraws their license as soon as possible.

This casino is a joke. I tried to withdraw my money and they just told me I have "abused" their casino and are taking ALL OF MY 260 euros. And when I tried to contact their support I told my problem and they just closed my chat :D. Never play this sh1tty casino.

Luulin että olin lähettänyt kaikki vaadittavat dokumentit niin lisää vaan vaadittiin. Ties koska saa voitot kotiin. 4 päivää käsitelty asiaa ja dokumentteja lähetetty. Jos joskus rahani saan niin en palaa pelamaan tälle kasinolle.
Toisella nettikasinolla dokumenttien lähettämisen jälkeen meni alle 2h kun rahat oli tullut tilille.

Withdraw time in 48hrs for sure.... withdraw approved and after a week still haven't seen money and support response time is bad

A lot of reviews talking only about good the games and odds are. What does that matter when the casino does everything to not pay out? Complete joke, should be shut down asap.

I've been waiting withdrawal over two weeks now. They just keep saying that soon my money will get to my bank account. I had to send bank statement them to check. They have been checking it last four days and i haven't got any info whats the problem.

Edit. It's been nearly five weeks now and i haven't got money.
