Our websites include tourism-tickets.com and city sites for Rome, Paris, London, New York and more, all operated by City Events LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA. We are an independent seller, not the official website of the venues we sell tickets for, and we are not affiliated with them unless a page says so. Prices can be different from those on a venue's official website. How it works: choose your date and time, pay online and receive your ticket details by email. Before you pay, each ticket page shows what is included, how to use your ticket and the cancellation conditions, which depend on the product. Need help? Contact our support team through the Help Center on any of our websites and include your order number so we can find your booking quickly. We read every review. If something went wrong, tell us here and we will reply with the next steps.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I even clicked this website because I had the EXACT same experience.
I went to buy my tickets for the Sky Deck viewing. As I went to check out, somehow the page refreshed once I clicked Purchase Tickets for 2pm.
They were changed to 8:30am.
Didn't list their "terms & conditions" ANYWHERE on the checkout page & there is no way to modify or cancel now.
I'm out $100 because they have the worst customer service & won't try & change it or give you the refund even though the website didn't work correctly & are deceiving NOT Listing the T&C on the checkout page
Wouldn't recommend to anyone & absolutely will not be using again

DO NOT BOOK
Absolutely fkng garbage company. I booked Taronga zoo and ferry return and it automatically puts in 2 adults so I clicked back to change it to add my kids and it reset the whole form and automatically put in tomorrows date when I had already filled in that I want it for the next day, I’ve never had a form that just automatically selects things so I assumed it would still have the dates I put in but then when I paid it was tomorrows date on the ticket. I called up IMMEDIATELY and was told there is absolutely nothing we can do to change it. If I could give zero stars I would.
Absolutely horrendous customer service and I hope your company folds.

Refused to refund duplicate transaction
I used this website by mistake when trying to book museum tickets - i thought i was using the museum website.
I got a "transaction unsuccessful " message so I tried again. Both transactions then appeared on my credit card. They refused to refund one of the two identical transactions. Plus they charge a £5 booking fee.
I ended up with 4 tickets for entry but duplicated - impossible to use. Absolutely clear it was an error and a duplicate transaction but I got an anonymous reply referencing their T&Cs and zero further help.
One set of tickets were usable at the museum but the whole experience felt like a scam to rip off tourists who aren't familiar. Bad Form.
