Absolutely awful. Overpriced food was cold. The stewards seemed a bit confused to where we were sitting. It was on the pitch, instead we were taken to the 1st floor of section 126. The one helpful ste... Leggi di più

Hard to buy tickets
It's so hard to find where on the website I can buy tickets. I'm a member & I give up & get tickets for a local club instead.
Tickets purchased for a concert
Tickets purchased for a concert, not advertised that the stage view would be obstructed and there would not be any clearly visible screens. no way to contact them through the website.
DISGUSTING STAFF
Me and my sister went to see StrayKids at the concert, and the concert itself was incredible!
However most of the staff there were not. They were rude and obnoxious, they did not care about us at all. I asked for some water from a supervisor as I was feeling lightheaded and he said I had to wait 5 minutes can you imagine if I fainted. But that was not the worst interaction we had. We then needed to come through the accessible entrance as my sister has an invisible disability and the people getting us In were so so lovely I couldn't praise them enough. However once we arrived out of the lift we needed to get a wristband to be let onto our seats which other people need to provide for us and my sister needed the accesible toilets. So we went to ask for them both and we got the most disgustingly rude man. He was complaining about how we hadnt got our wristbands even after already explaining we needed to go through the accessible entrance. Then he asked to see our tickets again and when we were trying to explain he huffed and puffed and began to walk off as my sister was trying to get the tickets up. We then explained how we needed to get into the toilets which he did not explain to us that we did not need a key to get in and that there was a huge que even for the accessible toilets. lets just say here he did not care one bit. That's not all! once I realised he was not listening to my sister I decided he isn't going to listen if I do not shout. So i did with loads of people watching. I explained once again " we have not got our wristbands because she has an invisible disability! We have no key for the toilets because she forgot it!" He went silent. Then another security man showed up! Thank goodness for him otherwise we would have got no where. The original man WALKED OFF! I am absolutely appalled at most of the security there. Can I also just add we are BOTH YOUNG ADULTS. They were grown ass men!
So Tottenham PLEASE sort your staff out! GET new staff there are plenty of better people out there needing jobs. Stop sticking with there rude obnoxious people!
Thankyou Stay Kids for an amazing time even after all of that!
Sexual Assault
I was asking for parking directions towards Sainsbury’s as my time limit was running out and one of the steward team members decided it would be a good idea to touch my mrs (fiancé) while I ask the other guy for directions on the arm even though she hadn’t said a word or had no part to play in the conversation, she felt really uncomfortable as I know how she is gave me a look of disgust and walked behind me and held my arm as she was genuinely afraid and confused on why he stroked her arm, this is considered a sexual assault and happened on the night of a stray kids concert which is full of minors, god forbid he had randomly done that to a minor the situation would be 10x worse but it already worse given his actions already, his bib number was 0550 was a dark skinned male and had a cap on at the time, people please beware of these creeps and weirdos at Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium, I would reccomend avoiding this stadium unless you want weirdos that think they have some sort of power to touch you or sexually assault you. I spoke to one of the supervisors about this already and he suggested we wait for a team which could have taken ages and we just wanted to watch the rest of the concert in peace which means we would now miss the rest of it.
Disgusting stewarding team and choice of stewards in Tottenham Hotspurs. Should be ashamed and rethink their decision making.
The show I attend absolutely excellent…
The show I attend absolutely excellent Mary and 50, however the evening ruined by rude supervisor in purple called Massoud.
We all made a complaint about the free water tasting bad. It clearly had been left to stand for sometime and developed a cholrine taste. Not his fault but it was his attitude and response to the issue of the smell starting to affect everyone. Yellow staff and even another supervisor agreed he handled it badly. He should of been courteous. Instead he said and I quote Stay quiet no one needs ro listen to you shut up I'm walking away.
Tottenham This is a great venue but you honestly do not need staff like this. CONDESCENDING AND RUDE THIS COULD OF EASILY SPOILT OUR NIGHT FURTHER MORE THE WATER INCIDENT COULD OF POTENTIALLY HARMED SOMEONE.
HIs attitude clearly is not of someone who is supposed to have some leadership
You deserve 5 stars thank Massoud for this
Thankyou to others who promptly got all the water moved with its chlorine taste and bleach smell. ORANGE AND YELLOW STAFF COULDN'T PRAISE THEM ENOUGH.
This needs looking into thank you
Respectfully the show was excellent but this could of gone so wrong POTENTIALLY someone being very sick if I and others hadn't reported it
Never ever agian!!
Could I give 0 stars I would have!!!
I bought a t-shirt for my partner for our anniversary this Sunday and I ordered express delivery because its overseas!.
I got an order confirmation but that's it! I've tried to write in the chat and sending several emails, I've tried to call but the numbers is out of order!! You can't contact them in any ways when you order from overseas! Where the hell is my order, according to their delivery description it should have arrived today but I haven't got anything!!!
Never ever again and my advice to others, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
: Disgraceful Customer Service – Over a Month and Still No Resolution
I’m honestly shocked at how badly Tottenham Hotspur has handled what should’ve been a simple complaint.
I attended the Eubank Jr vs Benn fight on 26th April 2025, travelled over 3 hours from Birmingham, only to arrive and find that my allocated seat was completely unusable. I wasn’t the only one — around 30 other people were also affected by blocked or inaccessible seating in the same section.
We were told to wait “30 minutes,” then another hour, and by the time 1.5 hours had passed, we were finally offered replacement seats that were significantly worse, with a poor view. After all the hassle and frustration, I ended up leaving the event early — having missed most of the fight. It was a complete disaster and a huge waste of time and money.
What’s even worse is how poorly this has been handled since. I spent two full weeks being passed around by Ticketmaster, only to be told to raise the issue with Tottenham Hotspur directly. I complied, sent multiple emails, and was initially contacted by someone named Amandeep, who asked for my booking confirmation. I sent it immediately — and was then completely ignored.
It’s now been over a month since the event, and nine days since my last email, and I have had ZERO response. No update. No apology. No refund. No accountability. I’ve chased this so many times that I’ve lost count. The complete lack of communication and care shown to paying customers is outrageous.
This isn’t just about bad customer service — it’s about being treated like you don’t matter after something clearly went wrong on a large scale. Tottenham Hotspur are more than happy to take your money, but when things go wrong, they vanish.
I wouldn’t trust them to handle any major event again. If you’re considering attending something at this venue, think twice — because if anything goes wrong, you’ll be on your own.
Beyoncé Concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium – A Sour Note Before the Show Even Began
I was incredibly excited to attend Beyoncé’s concert at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium — an experience I had been looking forward to for months. However, the start of the evening was overshadowed by a frustrating and frankly ridiculous situation at the entrance.
Upon arriving, we were told that umbrellas were not allowed inside the stadium. This alone was baffling. We live in London, a city where carrying an umbrella is second nature — it rains here all the time. Telling concertgoers they can’t bring an umbrella is both impractical and inconsiderate, especially when this information was not included in the ticket email or any of the pre-event communications.
My friend, who refused to throw his umbrella in the bin (as many others were forced to do), was told to use the bag drop — which they tried to charge £20 for! That’s outrageous. Eventually, they accepted £10, but it still felt like an opportunistic money grab. Honestly, if it were me, I wouldn't have paid even £2 on principle.
To make things worse, the next morning I checked the official stadium website and found that umbrellas ARE permitted, as long as they are under 1 metre and kept folded inside the stadium. My umbrella clearly met those requirements. So what happened? Was it the stadium staff? The event organisers? Honestly, I don’t care — someone got it very wrong and ruined the start of what should have been a special evening.
I’ve been to countless concerts and have never encountered this kind of issue with an umbrella. It left a bad taste in my mouth and gave the impression that the goal was simply to squeeze more money out of paying customers, on top of an already expensive night.
I’ll be filing complaints with both the stadium and the event organisers. If nothing else, they should take responsibility for the lack of clear communication and for enforcing a rule that contradicted their own policy.
A word of advice to anyone attending future events at this stadium: check everything twice, and don’t assume common sense will prevail.
Local resident
No support for local residents. Trying to get home after work is a nightmare. The busses are diverted, so I get off at Sainsburys and walk round the back of the stadium but now I am not allowed to do that. I had some smug faced policeman tell me that I needed some sort of card to be allowed to walk directly from from Northumberland Park Road to Vicarage Road. Where are we supposed to get these cards from? He made me walk well out of my way. I am 64 with dislocated toes, I just want to get home after work. I used to work in security, all he had to do was check my bag and radio to people at the other side of the stadium to ensure that I left the area. Now we have to put up with Beyoncé on four work nights. So I will struggle to get home again. Then we will have to put up with people exiting the concert and noisy helicopters until after midnight. This monstrosity does not support local residents. Even putting open urinals under peoples' windows - they stink - especially in the hot weather. Northumberland Park Stadium has been turned into a death trap on event days - the crush on the exit slop is unbearable - I only made that mistake once. I have lived in Tottenham since 2005, now all I want to do is move. The date added here is for the first time that I was prevented from walking behind the stadium but all issues are ongoing.
Shambles
Watched Eubank v Benn fight in premium seats. Stewarding and security is a joke. Multiple times there was guys from other areas walking around our area and even sitting in seats. I complained multiple times but the security manger replied “what do you want me to do?”. I was even pulled from my seat and berated my another official and told “ I don’t care how much you have paid for your ticket”. Absolute shambles ……
YOU GUYS NEED A CHEER/CHANT/SONG of…
YOU GUYS NEED A CHEER/CHANT/SONG of some sort. Deathly quiet. Your team needs to be amped up. Very embarrassing and awkward when the away team is louder and more exciting. Not surprised they lose a lot with essentially no fan support.
THFC have gone too far with technology
Why are Tottenham Hotspur FC making it very difficult to enter the ground for people, like myself, who are technophobic. I haven't the latest mobile phone, do not have an ipod, Apple phone or whatever !
There is nothing wrong with paper tickets !
Great experience at their stadium
Haven't received my order
I've ordered a jersey on 29th of November. It was supposed to be an Xmas gift. But they didn't manage to deliver it not even for New Year! From London to Dublin you can get less then in one hour their delivery takes 30 working days! Item haven't been even delivered yet!
I really regretting ordering from Tottenham official shop, I should have ordered the same jersey from JD or other store.
Really poor service
P.S. They refunded me only price of item but not their faulty and miserable delivery.
Never deal with Spurs shop for you own sake.
UPD: full refund received.

Awful
Awful, my husband was bought a shirt as a leaving present and given it on his last day. It did not fit so I contacted the shop to see if they would exchange for a bigger size. I sent photos of it showing all original tags and labels. For a response just basically quoting the terms and conditions stating they would not exchange and to read their terms and conditions, yes big help! Under normal circumstances I would agree that items should be returned within 30 days but this was a gift a lot of people donated to and this was something my husband had no knowledge of until they presented it to him. I find the response condescending and unhelpful, I feel sorry for those who donated and it will now just sit in a cupboard. Absolute terrible customer service and I should know, I am a senior customer service manager.
And I have just had the response as below for the third time. Please buy merchandise from another venue, do not buy direct. Most other venues would not have reacted like this after reading why the item was a late return in the first place. And they have just lied, the item was not personalised!!!!!!! Support any other retailer bar the Spurs shop!!!!

Customer Service levels are Timo Werner Bad !!!!
Recently been charged twice for tickets in error, have written 2 emails following conversations with the ticket office to get resolved, still no reply. Called again and can be given no information. The gentleman I spoke with I’m not sure has ever worked in customer service, was unhelpful, could barely string a sentence together. Still no help or resolution or time expectation. Pathetic service , this is like the Timo Werner of customer service !!!!
Tottenham ground shockingly disorganised.
Attended the Tottenham ground for the NFL game on 6 October. The concession stands ran out of food at half-time and hundreds of us could get nothing. What a shambles - disorganised and lacking in leadership. They must have known it was going to be packed. Awful, awful experience. It cost me hundreds of pounds to take my son and it was a disgrace.
9 October and I've had an email from Tottenham saying that the issue was one of a gas cut on level 5 that stopped them cooking food. However, that was just not the case. Staff were cooking the food that was there - it was the fact that there was no food. Also I went to the lower level and the story was the same - proving once again that this email is a fiction! Neil Baldwin contact centre manager who sent the email - you should be ashamed of yourself!
Useless as usual
As per usual, Brighton game another embarrassing game , we was in control but as usual, they can't defend for there lives, an embarrassing performance again, just like last year, they will come away empty handed, just like last season, I'll be very surprised if they make Europe, a game is of 2 x halves, a shame spurs can only manage 1 half , there performance was a disgrace, just like last season, they can't put games to bed, being a spurs supporter is a very embarrassing moment nowadays, we need to get rid of levi, he's been great in the past, we need investment, and players that know how to win games, very embarrassing as usual
