They scam people

Sent me a damaged buggy and tried to blame it on transit then tried to say its not damaged them tried ti say its not an important part of the structure yet its what hold the baby up then tried to get me to fix it and left me un answered for months

Clearly a scam

Clearly a scam. The product is from china, no labels on what the materials are (definitely plastic). The customer service won't reply to your email, I'll try to get my money back from the credit card I've used. Don't buy from them, it's the same as a 5 $ product from Temu

scam!!!!

The order has been delayed for more than two months. I haven’t received the product or a refund!
This company is a scam in China—do not buy from them!!!

As per our records, a full refund was processed on December 16, 2025, and a notification was sent to your email at that time. Depending on your bank, the funds should have appeared in your account shortly after.

SCAM! This company appears to be in the USA…

This company appears to be in the USA but is actually in China! I ordered a newborn sized footed romper and it shipped directly from China. I would not have ordered if I had known they are located in China. The item took a very long time to arrived and when it finally did, it was a cheap imitation of what was shown in their website. It was not footed, the zipper was in the wrong position and the hood was gigantic. There is no way it can be actually be worn. This piece of cheap rubbish is barely worth $5 let alone the $29.95 price that it was sold for. Most importantly, my credit card was used for an unauthorized transaction in China shortly after I placed this order!

Regarding your order, we acknowledged that the wrong item was delivered and reached out immediately to resolve this for you. We requested photos of the incorrect item so we could send a replacement or issue a refund, but we did not receive a response to that request before the chargeback was opened.

Regarding your other concerns:

Security: We use Shopify Payments, a PCI-compliant processor. We never see or store your full credit card details. Any unauthorized activity on your card is entirely unrelated to our store and likely a coincidence that should be reported to your bank.

Global Fulfillment: Like many modern brands, we utilize global fulfillment centers in Asia to keep our products affordable and offer free worldwide shipping, and this is clearly stated in our shipping policiy.

Outcome: As you successfully claimed the funds back through your bank, the order has been fully refunded.

We take all feedback seriously as we continue to grow and improve our quality control.
