Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company. We were charged over 2k on the return of a Discovery 5 we had. Absolutely shocking customer service, we tried to get photos of the repairs having been carried out and we were refused. They simply take your money with no justification.
Let that sink in 2k….the car was well looked after and they couldn’t prove the damage was already on the vehicle as it was pre owned. 90% of the alleged damages were stone chips and previous repairs.

I returned my lease car to Total Motion…
I returned my lease car to Total Motion and was billed almost £900 for damage. I did not dispute that the damage existed, but I asked for proof that the repairs were actually carried out. The company refused to provide invoices or evidence, stating only that repairs were done and that costs were based on “matrix pricing.”
The inspection was carried out by someone who introduced themselves as a valeter/bodywork specialist, which raised questions in my mind about impartiality.
Although the BVRLA ultimately upheld the charges under their guidelines, my experience left me feeling that the process lacked transparency and fairness. Consumers should be aware that leasing companies are not required to show proof of repairs, even if they charge for them.
Seriously avoid, daylight robbery
Office never returned calls or emails to return car. They delayed the date of collection then say I owe them £2000 for addition lease time.
Now being taken to court for their ineptitude.

I asked for an early settlement via Pink Vehicle Leasing on the car lease and was told verbally and in writing that I would get a 50% discount on the remaining payments.
On that basis I order a new car.
Now they tell me that there is no discount and the employee (rather ex-employee) got it wrong and now they spout contract terms at me.
If The Financial Ombudsman/FCA don't uphold my imminent complaint referral then I really don't know what they are in position to do. A member of Pink Vehicle Leasing told me how the early termination would work and now Pink Vehicle Leasing do the complete opposite!
p.s I know Total Motion are a separate legal entity to Pink Vehicle Leasing but they are a sister company. My dealings are with Pink Vehicle Leasing but invoices are from Total Motion.

Disgrace of a company. at end of contract kept sending invoices for things that could not be charged for. EG service records that are held at main dealers in electronic form but the dealers were closed due to covid. Then invoiced us for loss on sale because of alleged no service record (which there was). Iv since discovered that the car was not sold at a loss in fact due to covid and restrictions it was sold at a profit. They then took us to court but bizarrely/conveniently for them we never received any legal papers. Do not use this company or any company connected to it they are con artists and scum.

A total Scummer’s I would say , avoid this company at any cost all they are interested in you to make money out of u by their doggy and hidden fees, Zero customer care or loyalty, specially when u return the car that’s where their jackpot hits to rob you. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST.

Ticket said ‘did not sign in at Reception’ The office was closed as Bank Holiday and just trying post them something back. TM refused to reason despite clear evidence to verify my claim. I realise the parking company at fault as well but I am entitled to appeal, but have not been able to due to TM non watertight process. Unreasonable. AVOID

Be very careful dealing with this company, especially end of life!
I had been a regular customer with Total Motion / Pink car leasing for the past six years renting circa three vehicles with them. The past two vehicles never had an issue but the most recent, but I noticed the company has lost their good previous customer support and are a nightmare to deal with now. My vehicle came to an end and I organised the pick up. Car was in good condition but agreed, it did have two scratches / dents which were picked up and I was happy to pay the fee that the collection team calculated say circa £550.
So vehicle leaves our premises and two days later, I get an email stating that the car was dirty ( the inspection form originally stated on the bottom of the report that the car was clean by their collection team ) and it couldn’t have been checked fully and a further inspection was carried out and another price of circa £1800 comes to us. I dispute the additional charges immediately but was sent a couple of snotty emails.
So two months pass and notice that a direct debit of circa £1800 taken from our account from Total Motion had come out. I emailed to ask if they could kindly check and return the monies taken, to which they stated numerous times that it was for the additional charges that I disputed that were levied after the vehicle had left our possession. I raised a complaint with the BVRLA and sent off the documents and ten days later received an email to confirm Total Motion were wrong to take further charges after the end of life inspection and I was refunded circa £1200. Avoid like the plague, fancy trying to fleece money from loyal customers, shocking!

Disgrace of a company. Keep sending me invoices for a car I do not have. Now threatening with legal proceedings. Do not use this company or any company connected to it. Total Motion and Pink Car Leasing are a bunch of liars and crooks. Just want to get your order in which they cannot fulfil. Useless.

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with. Try and add on as many charges as possible once the vehicle is handed back into their possession. Clearly this is a tried and tested tactic of theirs as it has happened on a couple of our company vehicles. We will never deal with them again.
