Totally Shutters Recensioni

Great local shutter company. Very friendly & talk you through the whole process. From taking measurements I was kept up to date on each stage of the process regularly. Fitter was friendly no mess left at all. I am very pleased with my shutters & would recommend.

Great service. Highly recommend.
I didn’t have to do a thing. They took complete control. Very very good.

The shutters are beautiful.

We have always bought blinds, but decided this time to go for Shutters.
We wanted to keep the purchase to local Traders and saw a ‘Totally Shutters’ advert while out shopping.
We telephoned for a quote and the rest was History. From Start to Finish it was managed very professionally.
Absolutely pleased with the service, the fitting and most of all the quality of the Shutters, they look really classy.
Well done to the Totally Shutters Team.

Thank you very much for our bedroom shutters! Simon and Tina were helpful and contactable. Conor the fitter let himself in and left no trace! Clean, tidy and immaculately fitted. Thank you all very much!

I highly recommend Totally shutters, their service is an amazing from start to finish. They kept me updated on my order on a regular basis and the shutters were fitted within the timeframe given. The price was really reasonable compared to others as well. A big thank you to the whole team for being so professional and courteous!

From start to finish, the company kept me up to date with progress of my order. Good pricing and very efficient fitting. Highly recommend Totally shutters.

First time I’ve used Totally Shutters but would certainly recommend them to anyone.
From my initial enquiry through to the shutters being fitted everybody (Simon - Sales Rep, Tina - Office Admin & the 2 fitters) was helpful, professional and polite.
Trevor - Orpington

Very good service, always responsive re any queries and quick and professional installation of the blinds. We have used Totally a couple of times and would certainly go back if we needed any more shuttters.

They installed the window shutters on schedule. Trusted company, competitive pricing and realtime updates on order status. Really happy with the service and would recommend to my friends

Just to say how happy we are with our Shutters!
My Mother-in-law had them fitted first and was so pleased with them that we said when we moved home we would have them done too!
Tina on the phone was very helpful and efficient and arranged everything and always kept us informed together with the emails. The man came to measure up our six windows soon after we moved in and gave us a good deal! After waiting for them to be made Connor came to fit the shutters and he did a great job all on his own and so quickly too and cleared up afterwards taking all the boxes away with him.
The shutters look fantastic inside and out and are such a good quality!
Would thoroughly recommend this Company for their great customer service and good quality product.
Thank you so much

We are really happy with our shutters that were custom made for our bay windows. Well worth the wait. Totally shutters kept in contact and regularly updated us on the progress. They have really put the finishing touch to our living room. I would recommend anyone thinking of getting shutters to do it with this company.

very good value for money and good quality

Great service from start to finish, kept informed on a monthly basis of progress,
Shutters fitted in time scale.
Friendly customer service, professional fitters.

they measured up within a week, guidelines waiting for them to be made was accurate. They took away the packaging they came in. Polite and trustworthy.
I had an issue with my quartz backsplash which meant they couldn't fit the kitchen shutter but once the quartz was sorted they returned to fit within the time frame that suited. Perfect! Very happy customer.
Thank you Totally Shutters

We purchased two sets of shutters, both for bay windows. The quotation was competitive and we were kept informed of progress during manufacture. Fitting was very professionally done with zero mess. Overall are very pleased with the quality of the product and service received from Totally Shutters

From start to finish the customer care received has been brilliant. Plus my shutters are superb.

2 sets of shutters installed. Appear to be good quality and look great in the house. Regular updates received while waiting and when contacting Totally Shutters always received a quick, helpful response. Happy to recommend

From start to finish Totally Shutters have been brilliant. Yes I was rather impatient in getting the shutters installed as the papers blinds were driving me insane, but it was well worth the wait. Simon was very knowledgable and measured the shutters perfectly which meant that Connor was done in 2 hours. Shutters fitted superbly and a very neat job. Also act as a sound insulator which is a bonus as we are on a busy road. Thanks so much!

I had shutters and a crittall-style door installed and was really pleased with the whole process. From the start I was guided through the options in a way that made the decisions simple, with helpful advice on what would work best for the space. The installation itself was carried out with great care and attention to detail. It felt reassuring to deal directly with someone who clearly takes pride in their craft, rather than going through layers of a big company. Everything was done smoothly and to a very high standard — I would happily recommend them.

Very classy product. Installation is perfect and the process is very smooth.
