Total Lifting Services Ltd Recensioni

Recently done 2 job with TOTAL LIFTING.
1 in Ealing London and 1 in Norwich.
There were fantastic and so professional from email to book till they day of the lift.
Both jobs been done twice faster than expected Really great service provided.
Definietly our no1 choice for crane jobs!

Great company to deal with and very accommodating!
Highly recommend them!

We had Reece from Total Lifting. He was on-time (in fact he was early). Got setup ahead of our delivery. When our delivery driver broke down nearby he offered to solve the problem for us. Once they arrived he was quick and efficient in getting the hot tub craned over. So fast I missed the whole thing while making a cup of tea!

Very helpful, reliable contractor to work with!

outstanding company, fast efficient , took all the pressure off us and carried out everthing we needed from permits for site , dealing with the council and providing the crane and men

i cannot recommend this company enough Karen and her guys on site were brilliant first class

When we needed a crane that could fit into a tight access road, Total Lifting was very accomodating and recommended a suitable crane and the crane turned up as agreed and did the lifting in a very efficient manner and we completed what we needed to do in a short space of time.

I’ve had such a good experience with this company. I needed a small crane to lift an office pod into my garden. I was messed around by so many companies who could tell I wasn’t in the trade and either thought they could make a quick buck or just weren’t interested. These guys were amazing from my first enquiry through to Tony doing the lift on the day. Professional, polite, efficient and well priced. Can’t thank them enough.

We recently used Total Lifting Services for a boom hire after getting quotes from multiple local companies and finding them to be the most affordable.
The staff were so helpful with their recommendations of the type of equipment we would need and ensuring there would be no access issues prior to the job. They were always available through the phone and emails during the whole process to answer questions.
We will definitely be using their services again in the future

Pleasure to work with
Operative on site at 05:30, not 6 am as expected
Nothing was too much trouble for him and his attitude and knowledge helped to make the lift run smoothly
Would 100% recommend this company

All as agreed, good timing and great teamwork!

Excellent from start to finish.
Did exactly what I needed, no fuss.
Brilliant.

I recently used Total Lifting Services to remove our old hot tub from our garden and move in our new replacement tub. We live in central London (Chelsea) and the only access was over a three storey Mews house that backs onto our garden.
Karen (and Barry) at Total Lifting were extremely helpful and more than happy to answer my never ending list of (never hired a crane before) queries!
On the day I was called well in advance of arriving and Tony (the onsite manager) was so nice, friendly and polite. Tony and his colleague were professional and efficient ensuring the process went seemlessly, explaining what they were doing as they went.
They also kindly helped to manually lift the new tub to the next level in the garden.
I was absolutely delighted with the whole team and highly recommend Total Lifting for customer service, knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and safety (all done with a friendly smile!). Thank you :-)

It was an absolute joy to work with this company - from start to finish. I was in a tight spot to find a suitable crane for some works in my property and had already gone through a bad experience trying to work with the vendor promoted by my glass supplier - vastly overpriced and unresponsive. Total lifting was the polar opposite - a premium service from start to finish, from the budget to coordinating with the council and finally a flawless performance on the day of the works. All at very reasonable rates. Can't recommend enough.

Easy booking service
All arrived on time - nice equipment in good order
Efficient, skilled and helpful operator
All in all, a good job

Hiring a crane can be a stressful experience as so many factors and trades have to fall into place at the same time. Karen is very knowledgeable and made that process easy. On the day, Michael the driver was professional and personable, and everything went without a hitch. We have no problem recommending the team at Total Lifting Services Ltd.

My first time hiring a crane and they made it very easy for me. They used google maps to work out what type of crane and the distance etc and then liaised with the delivery company to make the whole experience effortless. Excellent service

Brilliant service. Punctual. Very professional. Knowledgable and informative. Would highly recommend this service.

Can't fault them for going above what they needed to do , we had a few issues on out last lift and reice the crane operator helps us get our job completed . Would highly recommend them

Crane operator was efficient and competent, all care was taken to prevent damage to drive and hard standing.
