Amazing service from start to finish

First time hiring and co-ordinating a crane lift for glass to the loft at the rear of the house. It was a great experience from the initial enquiry where everything was clearly explained, to the actual lift day where the team reassured me what would happen and ensured the job was done safely and quickly. As a home owner with no prior experience, I was glad I chose Total Lifting, who ensured the entire process went as smoothly as it could. Highly recommended!

Great Response and good execution

First thing that springs to mind is punctual and cooperative. The crane operator couldn't do enough to assist with the lifts and the actual crane is quite new and as described. All in all a good and positive experience and would recommend their service to prospective clients.

We were extremely pleased with how the lift went, the driver was very competent and patient and the day could not have gone better, all the trees were placed within the courtyard safely, and with no damage to the trees.

Contacted TLS for a quotation on a large project we have at Shepperton Studios; amongst 5 quotes that I received, TLS' was by far the most comprehensive and really stood out in comparison. Excellent price, easy booking process, Prompt on site attendance, a day or so after booking enquiry. Did a desktop survey to figure out access rather than on site some others insisted upon. Very capable operator, made it look easy, and calmed the nerves of our builders no end.
