Fast efficient service. Got the irons I wanted ordered, built to my specs and delivered in about 5 days. They were also happy to adhere to my change of delivery address at short notice. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I recently purchased a new set of Ping Irons from TotalGolfDiscount. There was a slight hiccup due to Ping stock availability (out of their control) but Ollie immediately picked up the phone with a solution. It was nice to actually deal with a human, instead of an AI agent!

Oliver at total golf discount was an absolute gent when it came to ordering my ping G430’s. He took the time to understand what I needed and postponed the order when I was worried I hadn’t ordered the right spec (I was ordering online) so I could get a fitting locally.

Oliver kept me informed and even turned the clubs around super fast so o could have them for the weekend, on top of this total golf discount was the cheapest place I could find to buy the clubs.

Took too long to arrive. Spent 4 days in sorting centre after arriving on first day of delivery. Parcelforce are a joke!! I know the problem lies with Parcelforce and not Totaldiscountgolf who were very helpful.
