Used them for my friends special Birthday weekend away. The attention to detail was impeccable and I felt like they got the essence of me and created a weekend that me and my guests will NEVER forget. From personalised makeup bags, travel cups, dinner settings, guest cards, posters and beautiful decorations to games and activities like Sip & Paint (my personal favourite). The communication was open and responsive and nothing was ever to much for Charlene and her 'can do'attitude. I have referred her to friends and family and will 100% use Total Package again. I worked with Charlene recently as a videographer at an event. Charlene is very organised and professional at what she does. The setup for the party was fabulous too! Charlene was very professional with letting me know the plan of the evening too, which helped me know where to be and when for filming.
