Well, my experience is a mixed bag but I do understand the new owner. It seems the brand has changed hands and the new owner is gaining experience and fast. My order took longer than expected to get here but the products are great. Meanwhile, I was getting impatient and asked for a refund. There was no problem and he even offered me a resend for free, besides the refund. That's what I expect from a serious and honest business. The order arrived that same day. Still, the owner offered me a 50% discount in my next order and even a free sample for all the hassle. I really do expect he gets the hang of it and I bet nowadays the deal experience is much better. One thing remains: get back online your main contact email address info.at.toscanamall.com !

I have bought e-juice before by this company. I have just done the same, but it seems that it is impossible to get in in touch with the custumer service because the email does'nt exist. Has Toscanamall become a fraudsite, or is it hacked?
