Definitely fake

Quick delivery but definitely fake. I put the original ones next to the one I got delivered and there’s a few differences with the font size and one spelling mistakes. Not paying 200£ for fake sunglasses. Really not sure why there are no negative reviews.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear you are not entirely satisfied with your Saint Laurent sunglasses. We do not expect any of our customers to keep a product they are not happy with, so I will arrange for Ellie (our head of customer services) to reach out to you on Monday morning to discuss your situation and arrange a return as required..

That being said, any questioning of the authenticity of the products we sell is a matter we take incredibly seriously. I can categorically state that we only ever sell authentic eyewear, and we are an authorised retailer for all of the brands we supply. For Saint Laurent, this is something that can be verified with Kering (the parent company of the brand, as well as the owner of Gucci, Bottega Veneta etc). Please feel free to reach out to them directly if this would help put your mind at ease.

We are incredibly proud of the reputation we have built up over the years. Our 4.9/5.0 rating on Trustpilot is testament to this, and hopefully can be seen as evidence of our commitment to providing a reliable, premium customer experience - as well as exclusively supplying authentic products.

Slow and poor with communication

It took over a month from ordering my glasses to receiving them. Often, updates were provoked by my enquiries about the order.
I used this company a few years ago and the service and product were excellent. This time around, the experience was awful. I need to get new lenses online for my old glasses but I'll do this via another company.
Sadly this is the last time I'll be using Tortoise and Black.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review.

I am sorry that your most recent experience fell below our usually excellent level of service . As per my email sent on the 23rd of January, the original lenses ordered did not meet the standard that we expect from our labs and a new set was ordered thus causing the delay.

We never wish to leave our customers unsatisfied, i have called this morning, left a voicemail and follow up email, please feel free to contact me directly when convenient.
