I have not received the combo cooker. It has been since February 28, 2025 since I received the other 3 items in my order. But no combo cooker was included.
Fabian Brocher has contacted me 5 times. But no resolve has been issued. I'm feeling like I've lost my money for the combo cooker. I am disappointed in the customer service.
My wife likes the tortilla press, fajita kit and the empanada kit. Those we received. But still no combo cooker.😐

03/31/2025 ***Update*** Combo cooker was lost in transit. Fabian sent another. We have received it and my wife likes it very much. Thank you Tortillada.

Great tortilla press. Love the 10” for making burrito tortillas.

The tortilla basket arrived. It's beautiful, but the lid doesn't fit. I can't use it.

According to their policies, the item is is returnable within 30 days in the USA, but it needs a return label.
That label is obtained by sending an email to their contact address.

I sent an email immediately upon receipt, and another within a week. Then I submitted an inquiry on their website form. All this was done within 2 weeks. The only response was a boilerplate "thank you for your order" in German.

Obviously, they are not set up to handle returns.

I don't recommend this company.
