I was not sure about ordering here, but i did because my fat fingers lost a screw of my Omega Brace while changing the length.
My Order was cheap, it took 8 days for shipping to Germany.
Everything was perfectly packaged, the screws fit and i received a free screwdriver.
Nothing to complain, am fully satisfied -> 5 Stars
Do not buy from them! They sent me the wrong part, their mistake, and now are basically forcing me to use paypal and my credit card company to get a refund. I asked them to send the correct part, then i would return the wrong one. They refuse
I felt it was important to share my experience for anyone who might be sceptical or considering a purchase from this website.
I was searching for watch parts and came across two other websites with poor designs that both displayed the same product image. With no reviews and a sketchy look, I was hesitant and continued my search, eventually landing on this site.
Interestingly, this website also had the same product images as the other questionable sites. However, the difference was that this one had a much better design, a user-friendly interface, and overall looked more legitimate. After reading the two reviews here, I felt it was a 50/50 chance. Since the item I wanted wasn’t too expensive (around $16), I decided to give it a try and paid through PayPal, just to be safe.
I didn’t have high expectations, but to my surprise, 19 minutes after placing my order, I received confirmation that it had already been packed and shipped.
I tracked the package periodically and am happy to say that I received the product today in good condition. Even for such a small item, it was well-protected in the packaging. The entire shipping process took 9 days from the time I placed the order.
Perhaps I was just lucky, considering other reviewers' shipping times, but based on my experience, I see no reason not to give it 5 stars since everything went smoothly.
As for customer support, I cannot comment, as I did not encounter any issues with the product or shipping.
Ordered on the 11/01/2024 and it’s the 14/03/2024 the order has gone around in circles in china twice and been terminated twice. I’ve emailed and I don’t have any reply’s in 3 weeks. I want my €60 back
Just ordered some watch parts from this site, couldn't find any reviews so this one is the first.

And it came in! It did take about four weeks and the quality is good.
