I couldn’t be happier with Top tier moving group! We moved from New York to Jersey and they handled everything from start to finish – packing all our belongings, carefully disassembling our furniture, moving everything, and then reassembling it perfectly in the new place. The team was incredibly nice, friendly, and respectful, and they worked with seriously unbelievable speed and efficiency. We had a great experience with those guys. On top of that, their price was the best out of all the companies I spoke to. Moving can be stressful, but they made it smooth and easy. Highly recommend them!

Top Tier Moving group was incredible! Cameron, and his team moved us into our new home today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were professional, careful with our belongings, and worked incredibly hard through a big move. We felt totally taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

They got the job done faster than the expected time so in the end, we saved money from the initial quote. They were very professional & took great care of our belongings. Everyone in our crew was very polite & friendly & it was fun to watch them work- you can tell they really enjoy working together. Very easy to get a quote and the most affordable of all options I checked out! Confirmation was easy and prices/fees were clear from the get go. We had a big flight of stairs as well that didn't cost an additional amount.
The day of moving itself was so smooth and easy for me. Our guys worked so fast but were still very careful and didn't cause any damage to either of the apartments or furniture. For our next move we will absolutely call best cali movers again. Yayyyyy!

Top Tier Moving did a great job with my move. They packed everything carefully, including items I didn’t expect which I really appreciated. They even fixed part of my desk without me asking, which was a nice surprise. The whole team was professional, quick, and made the process smooth. I definitely recommend them!

Avoid Top Tier Moving like the plague. Here's my experience.

The pickup driver (Igor) took the postal money orders off a table without me handing them over and ran off with more than we were supposed to pay. This was theft.

They failed to provide a bill of lading confirming what they picked up via email until today, the delivery day. This is completely unprofessional.

Top Tier dared claim the delivery date was just an "estimated date," even though we agreed on an exact date—today, 6/16. For your peace of mind, steer clear of this company. Avoid them like the bubonic plague.

This is my first experience with this company after using name brand movers in prior moves. In every other experience, I was able to confirm a date and time for the movers when I hired them. This is not the case with this company. They will give you only a 2-day window, and will not tell you what day they are coming until 24-48 hours in advance. Even then, they will not tell you what time they are coming until some time the day before, even after they have confirmed the day. Moving is an already stressful experience, but if you have to coordinate flights, rental cars, and ability to meet the movers at a storage unit in a town you no longer live in, you need more than 24-hours' notice. I let them know that my flight was already booked for the day before, and asked them to provide me with a window of time, despite telling them I had to change flights to accommodate the new date before a 6:30 a.m. flight the next day.

All is not as it is presented. Courteous and friendly to set up move; then things fall apart, or are broken apart. All work is outsourced and final cost was 3X estimate. And the delivery included an heirloom armoir with broken leg. TV console was destroyed -- not usable. Just an awful experience in the end.

Nope, didn't get me. Called Top Tier moving company and they quoted me a ridiculously low price. So I called many other moving companies to get quotes and were all double the price. Well when I called Top Tier back to let them know what I was told by others they said that they didn't realize that I had a storage unit to be unloaded. Well I KNOW I told them I did and then they corrected the price to match the other companies. Turns out they were just low balling me to get my business then they were gonna tack on the rest after I moved. This place is a scam and luckily I realized this before I booked them. I went with an honest reputable moving company and couldn't be happier. Stay away from Top Tier!!!!

By far the best movers I’ve ever used. Octavious did a fantastic job. Went above and blew our expectations out of the water.
