Mi dispiace doverlo contestare
Occorre dire, a loro favore, che la vettura prenotata è stata esattamente quella che mi è stata consegnata sebbene non fosse ben pulita e fosse brandizzata.
Di contro, la navetta che avrebbe dovuta prelevarmi all'aeroporto è arrivata con ritardo nonostante avessi indicato il volo e quindi l'orario di atterraggio. Non solo, ma la vettura in questione è risultata subito assolutamente inadeguata per il numero di persone da trasportare. Ho dovuto quindi aspettare che pervenissero altre navette ed, alla terza, siamo finalmente riusciti a salire perdendo così oltre un'ora del nostro tempo. Come se non bastasse, una volta giunti in ufficio, abbiamo dovuto attendere quasi un'altra ora affinché tutti quelli che mi precedevano finissero il rispettivo check-in. Infatti, a nulla è servito fare preventivamente il check-in online da casa, da loro fortemente suggerito perché, giunti sul posto, non prevedono uno sportello "fast" per coloro che non devono più effettuarlo. Ho in pratica fatto il check-in da casa per favorire chi era in fila dopo di me perché ovviamente, una volta giunto dinanzi all'addetto, ho impiegato meno tempo degli altri. Inoltre il loro sito non dispone della lingua italiana nonostante la presenza degli italiani sia ragguardevole ed i documenti consegnatomi sono scritti tutti nella loro lingua senza alquanto incomprensibile per il resto del mondo. Infine non sono riuscito ad impostare il navigatore ne con Apple car play ne con Android auto perché la vettura non lo consentiva con gravi difficoltà di guida. Infine nonostante avessi sottoscritto la polizza a copertura di ogni danno possibile, hanno preteso di ispezionare l'auto analiticamente alla mia presenza. Mi chiedo cosa mi avrebbero potuto contestare?

Concerning the waiting time at the office, our team strives to serve each customer efficiently while ensuring that all contractual details are clearly explained. The online check-in is designed to speed up the process; however, final verification steps are still required on-site for security and legal reasons. Mancanza di trasparenza sui costi aggiuntivi
Nel complesso, con l’auto è stato tutto perfetto: il veicolo era in buone condizioni e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema durante il noleggio.
Tuttavia, non siamo stati informati di alcuna penale o costo aggiuntivo per uscire dallo stato. Questa informazione non ci è mai stata comunicata chiaramente né al momento della prenotazione né al ritiro. Al momento della riconsegna, ci è stato addebitato inaspettatamente un costo di 300 € per questo motivo. Solo al drop-off ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto pagare 110 € se lo avessimo dichiarato in anticipo, cifra che avremmo ovviamente accettato se fossimo stati informati correttamente.
Questa mancanza di trasparenza è stata deludente e ha influito negativamente sull’esperienza complessiva.

We are glad to hear that you were satisfied with the vehicle and that it performed well throughout your rental period.
However, we would like to kindly clarify an important point regarding cross-border travel. According to our rental policy, taking a vehicle outside of Bulgaria is not automatically included in the standard rental agreement. In order to travel to another country, it is necessary for the customer to explicitly request and declare this intention in advance, either during the booking process or at the latest at the time of vehicle pick-up.
When such a request is made, it is added as an additional service to the reservation, a corresponding fee is applied, and all required cross-border authorization documents are prepared and provided to the customer. This ensures that the rental is fully compliant with insurance coverage, legal requirements, and international travel regulations.
In your case, as no prior request or declaration for cross-border travel was made, the vehicle was taken outside the territory of Bulgaria without authorization. According to our General Terms and Conditions, this is considered a violation of the rental agreement. For this reason, an administrative fee was applied in line with the contract, to cover the costs associated with unauthorized cross-border usage and handling.
We understand that this may have caused inconvenience; however, these rules are clearly stated in our terms and are designed to ensure transparency, proper insurance coverage, and the legal use of our vehicles.
We always encourage our customers to contact our team in advance if they have any specific travel plans, so that we can assist and ensure everything is properly arranged and approved.

Ho preso la macchina a dicembre 2025…
Ho preso la macchina a dicembre 2025 mentre ero in albergo qualcuno ha urtato e rotto la mascherina anteriore dell auto fatto denuncia alla polizia al rientro ho dovuto pagare il danno premetto che avevo stipulato l'assicurazione top e mi hanno detto che non ricopre questo danno in pratica 170 euro di assicurazione buttati nel water ho chiesto cosa copre l'assicurazione e mi hanno risposto che non copre nulla ma vi rendete conto e una rapina non prenoterò piu con top rent a car vi consiglio di fare attenzione!!!

We would like to clarify that at the time of vehicle return, no police report was provided for the reported damage. According to the rental agreement and the terms of the Top Protection, an official police protocol is mandatory when there is third-party damage.
Following the rental, our team made several attempts to obtain such a document in order to support your case and apply the protection coverage. Unfortunately, no police report was submitted. In the absence of this documentation, the contractual requirements were not fulfilled and the protection could not be applied.
Top Protection covers damages when the agreed procedures are respected. Without an official protocol, the damage remains chargeable under the contract terms.

OTTIMA ESPERIENZA
Esperienza positiva,correttezza,puntualita' veicolo perfetto.
Un suggerimento da piccolo Imprenditore: Sarebbe opportuno che,quando il veicolo viene ritirato dal cliente presenziasse il personale predisposto alla consegna e venga fatto un video insieme al cliente onde evitare qualsiasi contestazione circa eventuali danni.
Faccio presente cio' perche' personalmente al ritiro del Vs Veicolo ho fatto un video che poi ho rivisto,riscontrando una lievissima strisciata quasi impercettibile sul fianco DX.
Dopo aver lavato il veicolo prima della consegna ho evidenziato cio' ed al momento della consegna giustamente lo ha visto anche il Vs collaboratore facendomelo presente,alche' ho fatto rivedere il video per conferma oculare che gia' la strusciata era presente al ritiro.
Il vs collaboratore ne ha preso atto e con cortesia ha chiuso la pratica di Noleggio.
Ci rivedremo al mio prossimo Viaggio in Terra Bulgara.

Esperienza negativa con il servizio di noleggio auto
Purtroppo, la mia esperienza con Top Rent a Car è stata deludente. Ho noleggiato una Citroen C3 il 18 agosto presso l’ufficio vicino all’aeroporto di Sofia e l’ho restituita a Burgas il 22 agosto. Ho pagato con carta di debito e ho lasciato una cauzione di €200, sempre con la stessa carta.
Nonostante mi sia stato confermato che la cauzione sarebbe stata rimborsata rapidamente dopo la riconsegna dell’auto senza problemi, ad oggi (8 giorni dopo) non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Ho contattato più volte l’azienda, e anche se mi è stato detto che il problema è stato segnalato al dipartimento finanziario, non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta concreta né il mio denaro.
Trovo questa situazione inaccettabile e poco professionale. Un semplice rimborso di cauzione non dovrebbe richiedere così tanto tempo e difficoltà. Sconsiglio vivamente questa azienda a chiunque cerchi un servizio affidabile e trasparente.

By providing this receipt it means that from our side the deposit has been unblocked and we have no claim for it. It depends on your bank how fast they will unblock it. It usually takes the bank a few days to unblock the deposit as this is not a priority operation for them. There is an RRN number code on the receipt, which confirms the operation. You can provide this code to your bank's call center so they can expedite this process. When the deposit is unblocked it will not be shown as an incoming amount as it was not withdrawn, only blocked. The receipt for void/authorization has been sent to You by email.
