Most of it was bland .it didn't come with a packing list or any information. Idk if italians eat really boring foods or if topmunch just sends that sort of thing. Not really the fun experience I was hoping for.

We absolutely LOVED the box
We absolutely LOVED the box! The snacks were big enough to share - and we loved the music recommendations that came in the information package too! We had an impromptu dance party while trying the snacks. Can't WAIT for next month!

Excellent customer service
Had issues with plugging in a discount code. They have excellent customer service who answer promptly and are 100% willing to help. Pratik helped me immensely with the coupon code, they extremely kind and offered to help me apply it even after my order was placed. Packages are clean and sturdy, everything arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Not worth the money charged
Not worth the money charged. Items are no different that what you find in any decent specialty store. Small quantities, and way overpriced. Very disappointing.

Best gift ever!
I purchased a TopMunch subscription as a gift for my little sister and she has enjoyed the entire experience. Everything from receiving notifications of the shipment status to arrival of the box and the celebratory opening to see what's inside has been a splendid adventure. I look forward to seeing what's in store for the months ahead.

Great Party Boxes!!!
We had a New Years party and we opened all of the Japanese treats and the December International box....they are all gone!!! It was so fun trying them all - we had lots of comments....everyone loved trying new flavors and tasty treats. The boxes are great for parties!!!

I would highly recommend this subscription box to anyone who wants to experience other cultures in the comfort of their own homes. Always a delight to get this box and have a chance to explore other cultures through their food. As an added benefit the booklets contain information about the language, music and top places to visit in the country of the month.

I love getting my top munch boxes
I love getting my top munch boxes! However, I’ve become confused because I thought it automatically sends you one once a month, and just takes the $30 out of your account. Well I have gotten an India one recently. But a lot of the reviews are saying this month was Japan? And it isn’t telling me when I get my next one. I hope someone can help me out cuz I would love to continue getting these!

When customers first signup for a monthly subscription, the first box they receive could be from the current or the past month depending on the factors like signup date. Sometimes our crew feels that given a choice they should send the best of the options they have. In your case it was Japan vs India. Our India box had received a lot of positive reviews from our customers and it was our very best box full of treats weighing 3.25 lbs.
I am sure this is only a first time signup hiccup and you will not have to worry about it in future as the boxes follow a set schedule. The next box you will receive will skip Japan and directly go onto the December Christmas box. Again, this is only a first time signup hiccup. We will basically put you on regular schedule from the 2nd box (in your case December box).
From our side we will try to make it more transparent to the customer as to which box they will receive as the first one. Hope it answer the questions. Please feel free to contact us at support@topmunch.com if you have any concerns/questions at all. We generally try to be very fast in our responses. Have a great weekend ahead.
