BEWARE! This is a scam. Unprofessional. Steered us to their "preferred" vendor which has been a nightmare. Once they get their fees, they will ghost you if there are any problems. You cannot stay far enough away from Topmark. BEWARE!

Poorly handled from start to stop. We were pushed us into using his "good guy" at Exodus Trucks for the Semi Purchase even after I specifically told him not too. Trucks were billed as Certified. Received the units damaged and in need of brakes, electronic disrepair, failed DOT Inspections. Reached out to my loan specialist and he walked back all his personal backing after forcing the close of the loan. This is NOT how you treat customers folks. Terrible. I will not make this mistake again. Please, stop texting me asking how things are going. You know what you did.

They are a complete bunch of liars. They are supposed to be the experienced ones I purchased my truck with them in September 2022 I had money saved up I went back and forth to the dmv they didn’t sign the paperwork I needed also really didn’t want to give me a break after all the money they cost me
I didn’t get my license plate for my truck until late February of 2023 now as everyone knows you have to pay insurance before you can get a license plate so I was left paying 4,000 dollars a month with not being able to use the truck William Dunn was saying it’s my fault but they are the ones who is supposed to know the paperwork that is needed since they are the ones that’s been in business giving loans for trucks in different states so they repo the truck and couldn’t give me any breaks they caused me to go bankrupt really try to get your credit up and choose a better company go capital and top mark funding is one in the same and FYI go capital has closed on a chapter 7 some years back very shady and another FYI the truck cost 29000 the loan with interest came to be 64000 I have receipts on this if anyone wants to know here is my phone number 6315785097. It is disheartening to think that a company would specifically target individuals who are unfamiliar with the intricacies of the financial landscape. Instead of providing transparent and fair assistance, Topmark appeared to take advantage of my lack of understanding to their advantage. As consumers, we should be able to trust companies to act in our best interests, even if we are not well-versed in the complexities of their industry. Unfortunately, my experience with Topmark suggests that they prioritize their own gains over fair and ethical practices.

**The fact that Topmark has chosen to respond using my initial review, back when I was unfamiliar with the landscape and industry-standards, without addressing any of the unethical and questionable business practices I've since pointed out, speaks volumes.**

I work for a very large dealership in Houston Texas and can always depend on Damian Norris with TopMark. Damian is extremely thorough and will exhaust every avenue to get my customer base financing that makes sense to them.

So glad to have linked with Brian St. Louis. He has a great relationship with many dealers and he works fast. Very quick to respond. I just submitted requested documents and he took care of the rest. 9 business days and I was done and had the keys. Definitely a go to place and highly recommend asking for Brian. No worries were left on the table.
