I purchased a nearly new Honda HR-C a few weeks back and I’m so happy with the car. They have a no frills, honest business model, great car, great price! straightforward people to do business with, I would highly recommend.
When I went with my car for a service I was witness to a double act between reception staff and service manager , with the price just going up and up - bad enough when they came to a minimum price , "without checking" and not only did i feel unwelcome but the cost was well in excess of anything anywhere else ... I gave up apologised for taking up there time and left - I got the work done for 40% less than their quote
Had a sudden worrying problem with my gearbox crunching, wasn't sure who to go to as most don't do repairs just main dealer's New boxes with eye watering prices! Went to top gear for advice, the gentleman knew straight away without seeing the car what the problem was from my description, common apparently! Gave a price and booked it in at fairly short notice, said it could take three days, after dropping it off it was ready in two, I was over the moon! The car is fixed drives perfectly and a guarantee to boot! Really friendly and helpful people I cannot recommend them highly enough five star service.
My husband and I just before Christmas purchased a white BMW 1 series from the site in Harrow and we must say we were very impressed with the Customer service we received from the two bothers, they were knowledgable and friendly, but certainly not pushy.
I love my car it’s was cleaned and ready to go, I would recommend them and certainly use them again.
