i dont know about the other reviews but my experience with this website has been wonderful i am a 3 time buyer just ordered the 4th jersey the quality is unreal for the price and never had any shipping delays they mention order to be delivered in 8-9 days and i usually get the order in about 10 days.

Absolutely horrible, i ordered a retro bayern jersey they send me man utd after over a month with different size and won't respond back to me at all

Complete scam website. It's over 2 months and I haven't received my order. They make multiple fake insta account also. I commented my order Id they texted me that my issue will be sorted but then again ghosted me . Just a Complete scam

We had ordered from this website around a month ago order number 274152. But a week from the ordered date the tracking has said that the order was attempted for delivery but we have received no attempts and no phone calls at that moment. This had occurred a few times and again we found no sign on any attempts. So we took the initiative to send the contact number a message about our concerns about the issue. We hadn’t gotten any response so we decided to call that number. As soon as we called the call was declined but the message was immediately responded, but provided no help. Their customer service is horrible and provided absolutely no help at all. Later RTO was initiated and we had called them several times and the call was declined every time, and we got a message saying that “a member from our team will contact you when we receive the package”. When the tracker had said RTO received, we tried both texting and calling them numerous times and still have no replies from them whatsoever. We still haven’t received the package or a refund of the money. This website is fake and the website should be taken down to prevent future fraud.

They aren't answering the phone and I can't not track my order

Extremely poor quality of the jersey receieved. Some parts of the print is missing and some are already coming off. However, the major problem is that customer service is pathetic. They wont answer my messages. They wont pick my calls. They have ghosted me. There i no way i can place a return. I dont know what to do with this jersey. Just piece of shit.

Through the Topfootball.in website I ordered two jerseys and paid online for it. Received a confirmation immediately. However they sent only one Jersey, I have contacted them multiple times via WhatsApp messages, call and their support email but no response. They are cheating customers by taking money and not fulfilling the order. Please do not order anything via them as don’t deliver nor respond on genuine complaints

My order was delivered today. However, it contained only 1 item out of the two items I ordered which were Portugal away 26 jersey and Real Madrid lunar jersey. The Real Madrid lunar jersey was not there. They didn't inform me that either it was coming in a separate package or was it missed to be packed? They didn't even send the jersey or refunded the money. Please I request top football store to either give me a refund for the jersey or send that jersey ordered by me

Absolutely Pathetic Website and Fraudulent.

Please don't buy as you will only waste money by paying in full and will never get your order delivered. I've been waiting since 3 months for order to be dispatched and delivered.

It's a scam as every week they have different Instagram and Facebook handles. When you try to connect with them they just block you out and the next moment the handles are gone.

Avoid TopFootball at all costs.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. My order was delayed by nearly 25 days with little to no tracking information. There is no proper customer support, no customer care number, and emails are simply ignored.
To make matters worse, the items I received had issues, and despite multiple follow-ups, I received no meaningful response. The quality was not what I expected, and the after-sales service is practically non-existent.
A company can make mistakes, but completely ignoring customers after taking their money is unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend TopFootball.in to anyone. If you're considering ordering from them, be prepared for long delays, poor communication, and a frustrating overall experience.

Fraud!! It's been 12 day's now and they still haven't delivered my order I've already paid the full amount. Absolute fraudsters.

After completing the payment of by order the amount was debited later razorpay emailed it failed. I reached out to topfootball about the issue on contacts provided on the sites but no response given from their side.

I had ordered the “Real Madrid Black Dragon 2025” jersey set from Topfootball.
However, what I actually received was:
• A completely different product
• A kids jersey set instead of the ordered item
• A visibly used/stained product
• Incorrect sizing as well

What is even more shocking is the complete lack of customer support after delivery.

I reported the issue immediately on the SAME DAY of receiving the package and shared proper images and details through email. I even sent follow-up reminders after waiting several days patiently. Despite this, there has been:

- No acknowledgement
- No response
- No refund/replacement
- Complete radio silence from the company

This is not just poor service — this reflects a serious lack of accountability towards customers.

The most concerning part is that my case clearly falls under their own published return and refund policy, yet the company has chosen to completely ignore legitimate customer complaints.

As a customer, receiving a wrong and allegedly used product after paying hard-earned money, and then being ignored entirely, is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I am now proceeding with:

- National Consumer Helpline complaint
- Consumer Court escalation via E-Daakhil
- Payment dispute/chargeback process
- Public consumer grievance escalation

Strongly advising buyers to be extremely cautious before ordering from Topfootball until they improve their product quality checks, customer support responsiveness, and grievance handling process.

A genuine customer issue should never be met with complete silence.

Untrustworthy seller. Unresponsive mostly, rude when responsive, poor shipment coordination, poor communication. I lost 7000 rs dealing with them. Will never use or promote them. They even use bluedart which is one of the worst carriers and locked with otp. No phone number or address to contact or complain. Total scam.

Order never came and no refunds. its a bogus website and people running it are frauds

I placed an order on 27 November 2025, but didn’t receive tracking details for several days. After emailing and messaging the seller, they said there was an issue with the Sporting Lisbon 2001–2003 retro jersey and offered me a replacement (Real Madrid 2006–07 retro jersey), which was also unavailable. I then requested a refund, and they promised it within 5–7 days, but despite several follow-ups, I still haven’t received it. The seller is now not responding to emails, WhatsApp messages, or calls.

I placed an order with TopFootball.in on March 17, 2025 and submitted a cancel request the same day due to a change in preference. Since then, I have not received any confirmation, refund, or response from the store.

I contacted them through Instagram, WhatsApp, and Gmail — they ignored all my messages. Even worse, when I commented on their Instagram post about my issue, they deleted my comment instead of responding. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and transparency.

It’s been months, and my cancel request is still marked as "pending." I was genuinely interested in ordering more jerseys from them, but after this experience, I don’t trust this store anymore.

If you're considering ordering from them — be cautious. They may ignore you after taking your money.
