I have been using TopHost for many years. I can say that i am happy, more of less, with their services, but the support is bad. I often experience slow responses in chat and tickets. I can submit a ticket and their response will came after 24hours, and after i ping them.

It is a reliable company, with very friendly staff willing to serve the customer and with great knowledge of the subject matter being dealt with.

We use TopHost for many years for hosting the various webpages of our company and in general everything runs well and they have helped us when needed.

Great prices but quality remains amazing . I needed their help once only after 3 years a customer but they immediately helped me .

Nothing really bad. When the two years subscription ended, they didn’t have a competitive package to offer. Transfer to other hosting company was the only way to go. I wish they had given me a better offer to renew. I would not leave…

Stay away from TopHost!!! They are by far the worst hosting company. There is no tech support, Nobody EVER picks up the phone, nobody answers emails, nobody answers the tickets.
