My fault - the code had ended up in my spam folder
I'm concerned that their shop isn't manned at all. Bought a product the 27 of Dec 2021 and here in mid January 2022 I haven't received the licens code to run the product. "Storyplanner"
Received a automated receipt of order and payment and according to their page I should have a code send within 24 hours in weekends or in 8 hours on weekdays. I've mailed and phoned every contact listed on their pages and offices, with no response.
