USPS only delivers junk mails on time…

USPS only delivers junk mails on time now.
I have an international express mail, received a sticker on my door three days ago, I filled out the form and put it in my mail box as instructed for them to drop the mail at my door. The sticker is still in my mail box, no sign of the express latter two days later. the post office is 40 min drive away.

If you need express mail, send only in slow mode, you will get it faster.

You got one job dudes. Find the number in the package and place at the house or mailbox with the same number on it. Why does my neighbor have to shuttle my mail to me the after the fact? Do better. Stop doing what you’re doing now.

They're raising rates

They're raising rates, yet again. They raise post office box rates every 6 months. That's the only way we get our mail. It arrives ripped open 2 out of 3 letters the past year, they blame machines. No choice but to pay these rates & receive ripped mail! Privatize postal system. Govt can't handle it.

My problems were caused by the US Postal Service.

I encountered problems, but they were all caused by the US Postal Service taking 2 weeks (, i.e., 10 Business Days) to deliver a 1st Class envelope from Texas TRS in Austin, TX, to US Global Mail in Houston, TX.

According to the US Postal Service, all 1st Class Mail is supposed to be delivered within the USA within only 1 to 5 Business Days.

I ordered my daughter books thru Amazon…

I ordered my daughter books thru Amazon and they were to be delivered to the Jail in Parker Az. Well the jail door is always open, and how in the world does USPS say they don't know where that address is and put the delivery on hold for further information. The dang jail has probably been in Parker Arizona as long as Post Office. Shoot jail is only a few streets down from Post office. I say the delivery driver is just plain lazy and didn't do its job properly. Not complaining about all their employees but you always have one that makes the rest look bad. If you don't like your job, find another one. Just saying. I'm waiting to see if my daughter gets her books Monday now. Hmmm.

USPS DISPOSED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE…

USPS received my MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE from the Social security office 3 months ago and they threw it out and absolutely no one wants to assume blame for this ! I am angry rightfully so, I want to take legal action because trust was put into USPS to safely deliver our mail instead Deroy fired long time workers and replace then with incompetent workers. USPS IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE ON THE PLANET AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!

My friend tried sending me a food…

My friend tried sending me a food parcel from USA to UK, he payed nearly $150 and it will take 6-10 business days. It left ZIP 18822 on 02/07/2021 and on 05/07/2021 it arrived at JFK and cleared customs.

From 05/07/2021 until 23/07/2021 it was just sat there with no tracking update and it wasn't even close to arriving at that time they had specified. Then today on the 24/07/2021 the tracking was updated as saying "returned to senders post office". I called my friend and he told me that a customs invoice form had fallen off the outside of the box and they have sent that back to him.

We still both have no idea where this parcel is currently, he called USPS and they told him it might be in JFK, what do they mean might be?

I sent a British food parcel to USA for £60, it took 4 days to arrive.

USPS claim on their website that their services are excellent, they are terrible. America isn't the land of the great and free, its the land of the fat and lazy who control everything their citizens can do.

We have no idea when this parcel will arrive and it is a Priority International also.

Disgusting service from USPS I advise everyone to spend that little bit extra cash and get a service elsewhere that is tracked to the destination (express shipping). Please don't waste your cash like my friend did.

Rubbish

An expensive product shipped from a reputable supplier has been in the UK for 6 weeks, their online enquiry offers support to contact them about the missing package however after the tracking number is entered, the site states no tracking is possible. No way of contacting them. Although the supplier has issued a refund, it's a product I wanted but am loathe to re-order in case the same thing happens again. Absolutely useless company

In March I posted a small package from…

In March I posted a small package from the UK to my cousin in New York. It went by untracked post at a cost of the equivalent of around $2.50.
The package was never seen again. Don’t know where it got lost but there you go.
I made a second attempt on 22 November, using track and trace and paying the equivalent of $12 for the service.
The package left the UK on 25 November and was shown as received by a USPS depot in NYC on 27 November.
Since then, no more news on progress every time I try to track it.
It’s an appalling failure of service by the USPS and I wonder if this second attempt to send the package will fail too. At least I will be able to claim if it’s another fail, but that won’t be much of a consolation for two young lads in Manhattan waiting for their English football club keyrings!
