My order arrived the day after the next day I ordered it so arrived Friday, I had ordered it on Wednesday. One of the bespoke colours, It is the most gorgeous shade, the colour I wanted, a rich emerald. Very pleased.

Great product and fast delivery

Have used the firm many times, but was surprised at the speed of delivery this time, particularly considering it was a custom-mixed colour. Would always recommend them.

They had the tinted specialist Zinfos paint we wanted at a good price, and delivered it swiftly without any issues.

Can’t understand some of the poor reviews. My paint was competitively priced, speedily delivered and securely packaged. Couldn’t ask for more.

Why is the word 'paint' in their company name, when they dont have it in stock?
I had to call after 7 days to find out where my order was.Tools? yes, I spoke to one. Full of excuses - the delivery was delayed because, they didn't have any stock - When it arrived (probably just a drop shipper) we had to send it back after the courier damaged the box. Late due to bank holiday. No packaging (the second time).
The tool didn't listen to me, regarding where to deliver as I won't be there. Reading me the wrong house number back.
£8 for a 3 day delivery that will take 2 weeks.
No refund offered.
Terrible service.
AVOID these amateurs

Order some primer and my first order from Tools Paint - said it was in stock and expected the delivery in a few days. Chased after 5 and in the end took 9 days to be delivered.

Said the product was in stock but turns out they don't stock many products (not sure how many) and instead order to themselves and then send out. No good if you need things for a deadline but it isn't clear on the website. Nearly £7 for a 9 day delivered, would have been cheaper and quicker walking.

Won't be using again.

Awful paint unsure if it’s how it was mixed but impossible to brush had 2 very bad experience with tools-paint zero customer care

There was a problem with the paint I received I phoned Tools - Paint and a new tin arrived yesterday, going by my experience I would use them again.

Poor packaging meant that two of three tins were badly damaged in transit. The company refused to replace even the most seriously damaged can, offering only to send an empty can to decant the paint. Shocking customer service interested only in preserving company profits. Try elsewhere if you want professional service and intact goods.

Ordered Zinsser paint for mixing on a Thursday. Chased up on Monday and advised it was in the mixing department and should be with us on Thursday (a week after ordering). Chased on Thursday and advised looked as though paint was not in stock. Would check, if being mixed would expedite if not would refund and would phone me back. No phone call but did receive a refund. Wasted a whole week.

Very poor service. Paint tin was damaged causing heavy leak in box. Was told fill out claim form which I did then would have refund immediately. Still waiting for refund!!!
