I have many pairs of Toolally earrings-I love the bold and colourful designs.I have collected for several years and had no problem with any of them until my last purchase.They were bought around 2 months ago in the sale and were the last of their stock due to not stocking this brand in future.Despite being carefully stored with my collection,to my horror the gold plating had worn away from one earring.Abigail at Toolally advised to return to them to be repaired.I received them back very quickly in perfect condition and at no charge.Customer service top notch and second to none.I will purchase directly from Toolally without hesitation.

I now have several pairs of Toolally earrings - I love wearing them
(so light!) and they always get positive comments which is great! I wore a long pair (long is not usually my style but they were lovely) to my son’s wedding and so many people commented on them - I was thrilled!

Great customer service
I’ve had about 6 pairs of Toolally earrings now. I always get compliments when I wear them. They come beautifully packaged too. I’ve had an issue with a couple of pairs this week which customer services resolved immediately. It is really nice to be able to contact someone easily and get an immediate response with a very generous solution to the problem.

I have 5 pairs of earrings from Toolally collected over the past few years. I have had 2 instances (18 months apart, different earrings) where I've needed to contact customer services. Both occasions I've received a swift and friendly response from Abigail who has gone above and beyond to help with the situation. In short not only are Toolally an exciting British brand that offers an earring to match every outfit, but they also provide top customer service earning the loyalty of repeat custom. Cheers guys!

The level of customer service is outstanding.
I requested wether a particular pair of earrings could still be bought.
They were made for me !!! They arrived the next day.
Response to emails were immediate. Great care and attention given to packaging.
