I ordered a left handed putter Odyssey…
I ordered a left handed putter Odyssey DFX 2-Ball Putter Left Hand 34 inch (Second Hand) which was to be delivered 02/09/2026. I stayed in all day waiting for the delivery and nothing came. I rang on Thursday to be told that the putter had sold. I was offered an alternative which I accepted with a refund of £20 and a sleeve of balls. 2 balls arrived with the alternative putter. Disappointed with the lack of communication and 2balls in a sleeve???

Hi Mr Henderson,
I'm sorry for the trouble regarding your order. First off please accept my apologies for the main issue, the putter you originally ordered being out of stock. This is not something we would normally have our customers experience. As mentioned when we spoke on the telephone, an email was sent on the 1/9 to the email address you had supplied. I'm afraid we were unable to contact you by telephone as you didn't include one when you placed your order. Incidentally we had no bounce back or indication that the email had not reached you, we were waiting for your response.
When you called we did explain we had sent you an email, we were surprised when you mentioned you had not received it. We had the email we originally sent to you in our sent message folder. This was subsequently forwarded to same email again, with it's content and images of the alternative putter while we spoke on the telephone, arriving with no issue as you checked while we were still speaking. It was strange that one was received no problem, but not the one we originally sent. I must apologise, but I do not have any explanation for that.
In regards to the 2 ball sleeve, it was a special sleeve that TaylorMade produced for their premium TP5 golf balls. Although its only a 2 ball sleeve it was of their most expensive golf balls.
Sorry once again for the trouble caused, I hope that if you give us another chance your next order will go through smoothly without any problems.
