Delayed Order (Worth the wait!)

Made an order from these guys on the 27th, paid delivery and heard nothing back - emailed them multiple times on enquiries..tonicvault.co.uk and the emails bounced back.

*** Update #1 - had the order confirmation sent through with a tracking number for DPD.

The email used by them has changed, this is their latest email address - info..tonicvault.co.uk

***Update #2: Package arrived today 8th (Worth the wait)…!

I have not received my order...I paid…

I have not received my order...I paid for next day delivery...tried contacting tonic vault with no luck...am waiting until the 3rd January and if I've not received anything I will call my bank and start a fraud claim... disappeared to say the least

Shipment was returned to sender for no reason

Shipment was returned to sender without any attempts at delivery. Immediately contacted tonic vault and received an automatic reply saying to expect a reply within 1 hour (as it was during working hours) Monday-Saturday, but not had any reply yet still. It's a shame as tonic vault have been good in the past

1 star not due to tonic vault

1 star not due to tonic vault, due to Evri delivery. my order still hasn’t arrived. evri say they tried to deliver on the 31st but ‘couldn’t because i wasn’t at home’. this is completely untrue as i was working from home all day & did not go out. absolutely no attempt was made to deliver. i’m still waiting for my order.

Inconsistent at best!

I’m giving more than 1 star as I have had some nice flower from Tonic Vault and shipping is generally very fast and safe.
Unfortunately it’s clear that they have issues with consistent quality of certain strains.
Be very careful buying products they have on offer. It’s generally because they low quality or there’s something wrong with them. I’ve had 3 different batches of Bruce banner. 1st and 2nd were good, the last one (surprisingly was on a great offer) was unrecognisable to the first 2. Just not great, it’s marketed as premium indoor was no where near a good greenhouse flower.
I also bought some tropical haze (premium indoor) that was a bag full of small scraggy buds and loads of twig, not even a good example of popcorn bud.
The purple haze looks and tastes great but gave me a really bad chest, questionable if it is as organic and pesticide free as they claim.
I complained and have been offered a discount code equal to that of their normal monthly offers (40%) I was told that it will stack with any current offer already applied to my cart. This of course did not work and now I have zero communication back from them.
In short, the products are ok but if you want quality and consistency you are best to shop elsewhere.
These guys try to make you think you are getting good value for top draw flower but it’s all a bit of a sham. Shame, now I generally buy from Hemphash or direct from small farms in the US.

Just poor

The flower is average but the customer service is non existent and delivery is absolutely sh!t. They don’t despatch orders in same day and courier(Evri) is sh!t, long and careless.
