Edit,they have now been taken over,new owners saw my review and asked if I would consider changing my review if they sent out a better product,fair play to them sent the order out again,no charge at all,brilliant customer service and the flower was on point

Disgusting service
I placed an order over 5 days ago and still not had confirmation or a delivery. Money has been taken and customer service is terrible. Considering it’s a medical need, they don’t care!

I’ve ordered from tonic vault in the…
I’ve ordered from tonic vault in the past and they were brilliant. Since swapping from Royal Mail… everything just goes tits up. I’m still waiting on an order from the 16th. They are now using Evri which is a bad choice as Evri literally couldn’t care less whether they delver the package or not. It makes tonic vault look bad they can’t even get in touch with Evri themselves so organising a delivery is impossible. Don’t think I will be going back to tonic vault because Evri have not bothered to try and deliver the package and tonic vault can’t do anything about it… a real shame.
