Unfortunately I would not recommend. I’m nearing the end of my 2 month and I found this has done nothing for me (other than wasting my money). Some of the ingredients should help with energy but not for me.

Customer services
I'd like to thank customer services for their help today with a problem that I had changing my flavours, I had accidentally chose the wrong one not only that the wrong product too, and my order had already been shipped.
So when I contacted Tonic Health they immediately dispatched what I wanted and also sent me a return label etc. Would and will be recommending to family and friends.

Good product, but dissolvability issues
I’ve been drinking the immunity raspberry and lemon for the last 18 months, and have definitely seen an improvement in my health. However the last 3 tubes I’ve had have not dissolved as well - horrible scum left on the top of the drink which is off-putting.

Definitely get your kids these vitamins
My kids have taken the multi vitamins, pre/pro biotics and magnesium for the last six months. One of my kids experienced monthly episodes of growing pains, prior to taking these, in the last six months she's had them on only one occasion and (touch wood) the number of illnesses they've had is next to none. The kids love taking them as they taste great. I'd thoroughly recommend tonic health vitamins. Their customer service is also out of this world, I recently had a query, sent an email and had a response within 10 minutes.

Absolute rubbish - Marketing Gimmick
Absolute rubbish, market the product as a Max Strength Energy & Hydration tablet. However, the "max strength" comes entirely from the 600 mg of Vitamin C and 1,000%+ NRV of B-Vitamins.
The electrolyte profile is weak, potassium is only 78 mg elemental potassium per tablet, it provides only 7.5% of a person's daily reference value! What a marketing gimmick! piggy backed directly off the tiktok/social media 'viral' supermarket videos that call out 'junk labels'!!! what goes around comes around as they say! Time someone call this one out for what it is!

You are right, this is an everyday tablet, for people at a desk, on a commute, or getting through a long day on too much coffee and not enough water. Anyone training intensely, sweating heavily, or exercising in heat genuinely does need a much higher electrolyte load, and I'd honestly point them to a dedicated sports rehydration formula rather than this one.
You're also right that the strength sits largely with the vitamin C and B vitamins. That's deliberate. The closest comparison to our energy & hydration product is Berocca, which is precisely why the product is called Energy & Hydration rather than Electrolytes. The energy side is doing the heavy lifting, with everyday hydration support alongside it and no junk artificial sweeteners and only good quality methylated vitamins for absorption.

My children love the gummies but I…
My children love the gummies but I can’t say I’ve noticed a particular difference in the many months we’ve been taking them. Initially customer service was fantastic but more recently my order has recurred without notice. The first time I sent them back and was refunded without issue, however I’ve subsequently moved house and the order again went through without a reminder so was delivered to an address I no longer have access to. I had previously asked for my account to be paused and instead of refunding me, they have offered to replace which I don’t want to do. Despite ongoing comms they categorically refuse to refund me when I simply can’t justify £65 on gummies during a house purchase. Disappointing because I am now unlikely to subscribe again.

On not noticing a difference; A children's multivitamin isn't designed to produce an effect you can feel. It's there to cover the gaps in a diet that's rarely as varied as any of us would like. If a brand tells you you'll see a transformation from a vitamin, be sceptical of that brand. That your children take them happily is genuinely the thing that matters most, because a supplement nobody will eat does nothing at all.

The Best Vitamins We’ve Tried
I’d been looking for vitamins my daughter would actually enjoy taking, and Multi gummies have been perfect. The gummy form makes them so easy, and since taking them regularly, I’ve noticed an improvement in her skin, especially with her early acne.
I used to buy them from Boots and other retailers, but they were often out of stock. I’m now a happy subscription customer, which means we never run out and there are no gaps in her routine.

I have been taking raspberry and lemon for the past year and recently the taste has been off. There is residue particles in the drink when you dissolve the tablets and not tasty, very disappointing.

Daily routine now
I have been taking these for a few months now and feel such a difference . I take them daily the hydrate and focus . They are very refreshing and I put my protein powder and creatine in as well and I always feel energetic and ready for my day at work .

Folic Acid in kids supplements.. No thanks.. in the bin they go
UPDATED: Very disappointed that Tonic aren’t paying attention to the current situation and exposure of the impact of the addition of folic acid to flour containing products. This has shone a light on the damage this synthetic chemical can do. I’ve cancelled my kids supplement subscription. Add methylfolate and you may win me back, until then no thank you! Folic Acid comes with a health warning attached!

Who can and cannot take folic acid
Most adults and children over 12 months can take folic acid on its own.
Multivitamins containing other vitamins combined with folic acid are not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Folic acid is not suitable for everyone. For example, it may not be suitable if:
you've had an allergic reaction to folic acid or another ingredient used in the medicine in the past
you have vitamin B12 deficiency anaemia or pernicious anaemia (a condition where your immune system attacks your body's healthy cells)
you have a coronary stent (a small metal mesh tube inserted into the artery that leads to your heart)
you have cancer
Before taking folic acid, tell your doctor if you have any medical conditions.

I appreciate you understand things get pushed as safe and effective by vested interests. See your own YouTube for examples of how we are sold lies regarding many nutrient devoid products etc.
Drs on social media are discussing this all at length, some suggest synthetic folic acid actually blocks the folate receptor.
I urge you to revisit your approach to folic acid.

I'll always be 100% honest and appreciate you raising this concern. Folic acid is one of the most extensively studied nutrients there is, and the evidence base supports it as both safe and effective at the levels used in our supplements. What that evidence doesn't capture is individual variation: some people carry genetic differences that make it harder to convert folic acid into the active form the body actually uses. For those people, folate (as 5-MTHF) is genuinely the better choice.
That's exactly why we use folate wherever we can across our range. In our Kids Multivitamin we currently use a blend of folate and folic acid, because we haven't yet been able to deliver the full dose through folate alone as it's more complicated than it would seem in gummy form. That's something we're actively working on to improve and I'm sure we'll get there soon. We're never finished with a formulation and will always aim to keep improving and providing the best dose and quality vitamins we can whilst keeping the price point accessible.
