My salesman is named Tommy and he is simply amazing! He knew that I was nervous and uncomfortable, and made the experience painless, even with my less than perfect credit. I am forever grateful, I am happy, and I drive a 2024 Nissan Altima!
Horrible, horrible dealership!! We made an appointment to go see a used truck that was listed on their website. Not only was it falsely advertised as to several features that it did not have vs what was listed, it had a warped steering wheel that caused the steering to be off, (really questionable whether it was actually a wrecked vehicle, but no mention of that).....and a rock chip in the front glass. We were told by our salesman that "no, the dealership would not fix these issues, it passed inspection and that's all they care about".
Our salesman was another issue. He could have absolutely cared less whether we bought a vehicle or not. Never once did he even offer to show us something else after this one was no where even close to the vehicle that was advertised. He kept disappearing on us and when he bothered to talk to us at all, he told us he was "just the little man" and "just a peon". If you hate your job that badly, quit!! Seriously!!
We were supposed to meet with the finance manager, Jonathan Graham. He never even attempted to see us. We eventually just walked out after about an hour and a half, mostly just sitting and waiting. I don't even think they noticed.
The worst part of the whole thing, the general manager, J Garcia responded to a review I posted on another site with "this is not our goal or typical experience, please contact me to discuss this", BUT after I did indeed contact this person, he would not return any of my messages or was unavailable to be reached at any time. So no follow up whatsoever. This comment was posted by this man simply to make themselves look better to say "oh we followed up", but in actuality no one there has ANY intention of following up on anything!!
SO the rudeness and apathy of the staff comes directly from the top.
If you enjoy wasting a trip on a falsely advertised vehicle, being treated badly, and going to a dealership that won't even fix issues with the vehicle that they are fully aware of before it leaves the lot and buying as is at top dollar..... at which point the vehicle will become your problem......this place is for you.
If Tom Peacock is a real person, he needs to hang his head in shame.
