Tom has a provided an excellent service throughout the whole process! As I live in Exeter, Devon and the distance involved, everything was so easy from the initial first contact, paperwork and final sign up. Through his reccomendations, and knowledge of the entire mortgage marketplace, choosing the right mortgage lender for my needs was a breeze. I can't thank him enough for all he has done, and making my dream of owning my home again a reality. Cheers Tom, will definitely be back in touch come remortgage review time!

Tom helped me through the process with expertise and professionalism. He was quick to respond to any queries and sort out any issues. His help and patience was invaluable to me as I'm not great with technology and most of the process is done online. Great service and value for money.

Can’t recommend Tom enough!
I can’t recommend Tom enough, he has gone above and beyond at every step in the mortgage process, from fitting me in for my first appointment at a days notice to always being on the end of the phone when I have any queries or problems.
Being a first time buyer, I was unsure of the process but he made sure no question felt like a stupid one. He took the time to explain the process and made sure I understood what would be needed at every step.
Tom delivers a personal service, making the effort to get to know you and ensuring that every decision made is in your best interest.
I would 100% recommend Tom to anybody in need of a mortgage broker and look forward to dealing with him again in the future!

Excellent Mortgage Advisor
Tom is a friendly, personable and very knowledgeable mortgage advisor who has been an extremely useful asset/advisor during the process of securing my first home (as a first time buyer). Tom took the time to explain the process, help me evaluate different options and has ended up assisting me with getting the best mortgage offer for me in the market. On a professional basis Tom has been very diligent and responsive, but on a personal basis it has been a pleasure having Tom's assistance and I will endeavour to use him again in the future.
