Joseph has been an absolute angel. We have finally managed to seal the deal today pending a long awaited medical appointment. Joseph still remembered me 3 months later, he certainly uses his CRM efficiently. All jokes aside, he was very humorous and certainly gave the human to human connection we are all so desperate for from companies these days. He most certainly carried the ethos of the Tom brand with him at every interaction.
Most importantly, Joseph guided me through every question with certainty, understanding and a good laugh too. I much appreciate his help in bringing me the piece of mind that a father wants if the worst was to happen.
