Its casual vibe. The food I tried was tasty, well-cooked, and had a homemade feel. The service was friendly, though a bit slower during busy hours, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Just had a BBQ Cheddar Ringer burger delivered and all I got was a bun with 3 onion rings on it and no beef burger. Waste of my time and money

Just gone down hill a bit …a bit disappointing these days…..

Use the stalybridge branch told on arrival cash only …. Could have mentioned this on the phone but the friendly staff apologised for this - maybe the reader was down 👍🙂

Paid £30 for:

a rat burger inedible / soggy bread
shake 10/10 / banging.
pizza banging 8/10 (although no cherry toms / just normal tomato chopped up 😆) but very good lovely thanks 😊👍

Kebab….. missus didn’t feel well after eating it and I’m currently sat somewhere you don’t want to know writing this …. And have been most of the evening 😃

Lots of food though. Tokies aren’t stingey on the meat and the portions you will be full walking away from here

Good set of friendly lads there though and they put a graft in, just food is not the best quality …..

This place used to be really nice but seems to have gone down hill. The chicken burger is not a proper fillet like you would get in other places in oldham and the chicken stripes look and taste like they are from tesco and just been deep fried. I'm really disappointed in this as when they first opened they really went out to make good food but it is not how it used to be. I am honestly really disappointed!

Ordered Tokies Royton Via the Tokies Website direct. £24.90 worth of food for delivery. 2hours later food never turned up and when contacted them they said 10 minutes. 15 minutes past still no food. Contact them again and they said they had no drivers. They said they would refund my money in 72 hours. Still no refund and have had to raise a dispute claim with my bank.

I WOULD RECOMMEND NEVER TO ORDER FROM HERE AS THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.

Ordered from tokies pontefract - ordered a mountain burger and the bun was stale as. There was green mould in it so went straight in bin. Wasn’t cooked fresh as it was ready straightaway after I paid. Avoid at all costs now

I ordered from the Royton shop a 3 meat kebab on Nan and a burger (get stuffed or die trying). The food was stone cold when it was delivered I tried ringing them but I couldn’t get through. We were very disappointed and not sure if we will order again.

just ordered and cold horrible food turned up when rang to complain was spoke to like rubbish , im still wating a hour later for them to resend my food !! when they get here im going to splat it in there face

If I could leave 'zero' stars then I would. Order wrong again!!!!!! This is now at least the 3rd time and I stupidly keep giving them another chance. Not again, I'm done. How hard is it to make a PLAIN burger, really!!!

Absolutely awful service. I ordered a veggie burger and asked for no salad or cheese. It came smothered in melted cheese slices and strings of something green and no chips. I called to ask for a refund and was told that I had asked for no chips and so my order was right and I couldn’t have a refund. The guy I spoke with actually laughed when I said the burger was covered in green strings of something and stated ‘that would be lettuce love’. Burger went in the bin where it belonged. Absolutely rubbish food and even worse customer service.

Ordered online. Was a regular customer using them until they told me my attitude stank when there was an error on my mobile number... my fault I know... but I also stated that I didn't hear anyone knocking on my door since my address was correct. I told them I was half deaf and they belittled me.

After the tracker had been stating out for delivery for over an hour. They then told me they wouldn't resend out any more food. Or refund me.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. No compassion or empathy. They also told me I'm banned from ordered from them again because I 'messed them about'

I'm contacting my bank tomorrow to get my money back..

Vile, disgusting overpriced slop. Shut this sh**hole down. One star, because it was hot. But so are my babies nappies if i stick em in the microwave. Do not be fooled by their good looking menu. You WILL be sorry if you order from here and so will your bank balance. I couldn't even begin to describe what the hell turned up instead of a large pizza that i actually ordered. Have these guys seen a pizza before? This was not a pizza. Ripping off merchants.

The only place i will order food from, the burgers are so good they also have some lovely milkshakes, red velvet is my favourite, the new biscoff cheesecake is so nice, delivery is always on time, never had any problems and thats why i wont go anywhere else
