Zeer tevreden. Toimix denkt met ons mee en heeft in ons geval ook een betere oplossing voorgesteld (die wel iets meer werk vereiste) en deze zoals afgesproken geïmplementeerd, zonder daarvoor extra kosten in rekening te brengen.

As an expat living in the Netherlands, finding reliable home service providers can be a challenge — but Toimix exceeded all expectations.
I recently had a heat pump system installed in my 150 m² home, which includes solar panels and large south-facing windows. From the very first visit, I could tell these guys knew what they were doing. One of their technicians came over to assess the property in person (not just a phone call), and gave honest, practical advice based on our setup.
The installation went smoothly, everything was done professionally and with attention to detail. What I appreciated most was their responsiveness — every question or small request was handled quickly, often the same day. Pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and quality of equipment used.
They also took care of the ISDE subsidy paperwork, which saved me a ton of time. As a programmer working remotely, it was important for me to have clear communication, minimal disruption and no surprises — and Toimix delivered on all fronts.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for an energy-efficient heating upgrade in the Netherlands!

Voor de installatie kregen we een uitgebreide en duidelijke consultatie. Voor eerste visit - niet een verkoper in pak, maar een echte technicus kwam bij ons thuis. Alles werd bekeken: vloerverwarming, bestaande cv‑ketel, isolatie.
Het voelde professioneel en toch heel persoonlijk.
Vriendelijke mensen, familiebedrijf met oog voor detail.
Ze hebben heel hard gewerkt, niet alleen binnen de officiële uren, om zeker te zijn dat het systeem volledig goed draaide.
Ook na de installatie goede ondersteuning.
