Truly outstanding customer service
Truly outstanding customer service. Not being a frequent online shopper, I’d failed to pickup that one of the items we’d ordered was a “pre-order” and so there’d be a delay in deliver. Once Customer Service explained the situation via email, they followed up at regular intervals keeping me informed – and it wasn’t a robot-response, all personalised and prompt. Not service that’s seen very often these days!

Lacroix Bird Sinfonia - great purchase
I bought the Lacroix Bird Sinfonia pattern - its gorgeous in the flesh, very striking. Fit & finish is excellent, couldn't be happier. Bought from Tohaa in AU, transaction was seamless, communication excellent, and delivery was 4 days from purchase, happily suprprised.

Instructions are rubbish!!!
Product comes partially assembled, which you have to unassemble to fit to the toilet, then re-assemble!
Make sure fit is good before applying chrome covers, as you will struggle to readjust the seat once its in.

Pretty sure this company is as close to a scam as they come. Had a problem with my order and gave me the run around of why they couldn't refund my purchase. Quality of the product not satisfactory. Would advise not to purchase.

Not worth the price tag.
I feel like the one I received was a second. The finish was rough on the edges, one of the hinges to the lid is crooked & the rubber stoppers are too large, it prevents it the seat from sitting properly. While it is pretty, it is not quality & I wouldn't purchase again.

Not only is the design great, the toilet seat is well made. Quality all round. Very happy with both the product and the delivery. My toilet is proper luxury.
