Didnt refund me back - contacted them , didnt respond and ghosted me - i purchased it - and then its only for MENA . So i couldnt not watch because i am not in MENA , sent SS and asked for tefund and they didnt refund. So shiiiiiiiit people and scammmeeeeerrrrr’ssss

On 18 July 2026 I bought the FIFA World Cup Final Stages Pass for 49.99 USD to watch the closing matches at home. Nothing in the checkout made it clear the pass was mobile only. It would not play on my Samsung TV.
Because of that, on 19 July I had to buy a second pass, the Finals Pass All Devices, for another 39.99 USD, specifically to watch the final on my TV. That pass never appeared on the TV app. It showed as paid on my account on the website, but the TV app only ever displayed the mobile pass.
I did everything possible on my side. Signed out of all devices, deleted and reinstalled the TV app, re-authenticated with a fresh code, confirmed both devices registered in the UAE, no VPN, all other apps working. The entitlement was simply never delivered to the TV.
I contacted support before kick off with full details, invoices, screenshots, app version and IP. I received template responses asking for information already provided, including a paragraph about Egypt that had nothing to do with my account. Nobody fixed the entitlement. The final came and went and I could not watch it on the television I paid to watch it on.
Total paid 89.98 USD across two days. I have requested a full refund in writing, ticket 1815127, and will pursue a card dispute if it is not honoured.
Reading other reviews here, I see almost identical experiences with the same World Cup passes. Check exactly which devices a pass covers before paying, and do not expect support to resolve anything before your match.

Bought FIFA subscription, app not working, don’t spend your money

Bought world cup pass from my phone carrier, no otp code received for more than 1 week now, missing lot of matches because of this, and they use AI for support, no real answers, only generic ones, asking for same information, I advise to not use this app if you care for your money, thank you.

I have bought the FIFA 2026 Knock off mobile pass for around 50 USD specifically to watch quarter finals, semifinals and the final World Cup games. Even though, I am inside the MENA Region and the app should work, it does not. It was not possible to log into the app as it displayed an error message. I have tried many times both android and iOS devices. There is no way to contact their support either. As it is not a regular subscription but a specific purchase, it's difficult to refund it. I am sure there are many more who lost their money this way. This is a very disappointing activity, to sell passes before the app is ready. And this company has preferential rights to sell World Cup content in MENA. Profit before sport, it looks like.

Genuinely terrible watching experience. Consistent lagging and cutting out that interrupts key moments during world cup matches. All this even though the tournament has its own subscription, and a pricey one at that. Unfortunate that this company is running a monopoly on sporting events in this region, allowing them to provide inadequate service.

It is unfortunate that this company has somewhat of a monopoly on providing viewing for some sporting events like the FIFA World Cup. This is why their service is so terrible and customer service runs away from customers.
I paid for the $159 FIFA subscription and of course it suddenly got cut off. Customer service is mostly FAQs and generic advice. If you are lucky, you will reach someone by email. Phone support does not exist (probably because they know they can't solve most of the problems). Unless you really need to watch the World Cup or major events, totally avoid this service.

I paid 24.99 USD for the FWC 2026 Morocco National Team Pass because I wanted to watch Morocco’s World Cup matches. After paying, I could not watch anything because TOD is restricted to the MENA region and I am currently outside that region.

The worst part is the customer support. Instead of solving the issue, they kept sending generic replies and hiding behind a no-refund policy, even though the service was completely unusable from my location. This is not a normal cancellation request. I paid for access to specific content and did not receive the service I paid for.

I provided my payment confirmation, explained the situation clearly, and asked for a fair refund. They refused and then stopped giving any real solution.

Very frustrating experience. Poor communication, no accountability, and no real customer support. I would not recommend TOD to anyone outside the MENA region. Be very careful before paying, because once they take your money, getting help or a refund seems almost impossible.

I had subscribed paid to watch a match, the match link was not working and there was an error code. I have tried to connect with a customer service from Tod and was waiting for at least an hour and nobody came online. I could not watch the match nor refund the amount paid. It is a scam!!!

Very bad experience with Tod app. Subscribed for FIFA 2026 matches, paid & never got subscription. Poor customer service. Just going in circles for more than a week after i paid. Just same email more and more. I will never buy a subscription again.

I will keep complaining until I get my money back , I will raise it to Consumer protection in UAE, they just took my money and since 3 days until now no subscription appears, no support from them , refused to refund , also Google play store refuse to support , its a lot of money, most of subscribers paid money and without getting subscription .

It's collection of money protocol without caring of any complain.

it is a trap. impossible to get a reply. i will end up cancelling and replacing my credit card. i do not recommend this TOD. Be careful.

Honestly one of the best subscription I paid for, would love for the app on TVs to be a bit smoother, dont get me wrong its good enough but could be better, overall great experience and worth every penny !

i have paid subscription but i can't watch the champions league matchs live , i see only blackscreen , don't waste your money here guys!!!!

TOD TV is great & more than value for money in my opinion - the vast array of sports (football mainly) ticks all the boxes for me
Its available at a fraction of the cost in the UK & can be either streamed in 1080HD, 4K or HDR
The supporting entertainment bundle has some good stuff included
Recommended that it is viewed outside MENA using a Streamlocator subscription

All in all, for me the whole experience awards it 5 stars!

I'm very upset.

I contacted their chat service on their page, and they told me I could subscribe from outside the country using a VPN. I followed all the steps and subscribed to Tod, but nothing is working, and the channels aren't opening. I contacted support, but unfortunately, I couldn't find a solution. I requested a refund, but it was no use. Nobody trusts Tod; they're very expensive and don't care about their customers at all.

TOD is horrible and waste of money. the streaming quality is very bad and keep disconnecting most of the days
