Ive been dealing with them for years and when there was an issue with a product one out dozens of times it is understandable. They responded quickly and resolved the issue equally as quickly. Been ordering for years now. Made a mistake when selecting my "tubes" online. Ordered regular size instead of my normal 100's. Called and customer service was excellent. They made the correction needed. Have contacted them a few times and they are always helpful. Great Company that stands behind their products!
Fraud they will charge your card with wrong billing address
Lack of customer service skills they do not want their insurance that they make you pay for it in case something goes wrong with the product? The person you email is the same person you talk to on the phone if you do get someone to answer if you ask for a supervisor or a manager over there, the only thing she would do is put you on hold for 30 minutes and finally come back to the phone and say the supervisor is busy. Plus, they will charge your card even though the billing address does not match. And whom ever I talked to was extremely rude

Your customer service is terrible
Your customer service is terrible, blaming the customer for lost, damaged, or stolen order. The protection policy is a joke!!! This is my 1st problem with the company & I will never use tobacco stock again!! Blaming the customer is blind, stupid and dumb isn't good Business at all. The so called protection policy is a small cost for a reason, because by the time that they company does do something it's faster to buy from a different company and receive it too!! So far no action has been made to resend my my order!

Anna answered me right away. She was patient with my lack of knowledge concerning sending pictures online. My refund for damaged tubes was almost right away. Thank you for fantastic customer service.
Tobacco stock as a company is useless to me and they overcharge people.
I ordered a carton of Cheyenne flow flavored which was $17.99 and they had the nerve to charge me $19.99 for shipping to Phoenix, Arizona.
I avoided this exact same order from another company many times and was never charged $19.99 for shipping.
I called the company and did not get an answer that made any sense and I am pissed and I will never buy anything from them ever again because as far as I’m concerned, they suck.

Great Company
We have used this company for a few years now & I must say their company is great to deal with. Prices are very good & service is excellent. One time we were having trouble with an order so I called & was very pleased with the help I received. I have to mention my problem was related to the Post Office but they still offered assistance. I highly recommend them & plan to continue business with them for years to come.

they can answer the phone stop making you push 9 on the phone to keep on hold only to hang up on you. they could lower shipment back to what it was and they could give you a tracking number. they are RUDE and accuse you of being RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. do not order from them. you will not know where your package is. they use to be a good company. i used them for years.

Don't trust or count on
I used to frequent this place for many years but the more often you order from them they get lazy; you'd think they treat their top customers better if anything not worse, yet every time I think I can trust them and they ship one or two orders efficiently and correctly, they continue to slip as I place more orders. Placed an order on April 30 with expedited shipping, label was created, almost a week later, still hasn't shipped. False, misleading. I won't order from you again next time for you to continually let your practices slip when someone pays for expedited shipping. This should not be happening every SEVERAL orders where the FASTEST EXPEDITED shipping option is SIGNIFICANTLY delayed, and sometimes they will delay shipping your order because they don't have an item in stock and instead of just shipping it they create more time for them to ship it by waiting for your reply instead of just shipping what they do have in stock as if it's the customer's fault they allow orders to be placed that aren't in stock. It's unprofessional, rude, unreliable. This will be the last time I rely on you only to be let down every few orders; every once in a while is understandable but once I place orders with you regularly every few orders it's taking a WEEK to get EXPEDITED shipping method out. With misleading shipping label that you clearly just print and don't actually SHIP yet. People aren't as stupid as you clearly think. Unacceptable and clearly as you don't appreciate or value your repeat customers, I will no longer be one and move on elsewhere for good. They also don't respond to customer feedback, they don't care about you or if you get your products on time :) Very rude and constant inconvenience, do not count on this company
