This was my first experience w/ this T & A House LLC. I was nervous when seeing my incorrect address after checking out my order, and would not be able to correct it right afterward because of lacking of customer services. It took me a while to get through making the correction of my address, but finally I got my order on time at my corrective address.

You left us a feedback that there are two small complimentary bottles missing. We immediately send an email to you on this issue and shipped out the missing items. You have never replied to our email. However, you kept posting feedbacks threatening us that you would spread the rumor about our business to everyone.
We hope you at least would check your emails or give it a little more time for USPS to deliver the items to you first before starting the threats or untrue rumor.
